did u call the company yet and vent your frustration with them.........any one else out there call.......if so I will stop - what is "grating" is management's failure to ACT........to manipulate and to live on options. The free work form duh guberment wherein management has to do nothing is the way this company is managed. Then keep selling shares under the guise of automatic sales......diversification......crappola OK. WE NEED A BIG PLAYER TO HELP US REVOLT and boot them out and SELL THE COMPANY. Boolean

tomorrow at 10:30..........then Friday a huge news day and I suspect this market retracing will lead to a good up day on Friday. USEG bounced nicely off its max oversold level (if they could only get rid of Mt Emmons) and held its ground as did many oils......the oil drop appears to be losing its momentum and the consolidation phase will likely be short-lived. As we move into 2015 market forces will drive oil higher and this winter will drive NG higher. My little Lucas oil keeps holding its own and as I noted I believe there is more to this deal.........than this deal........Good luck.........it helps. Boolean

  • call the company and see if you get brazen attitudes like I did when I called - totally unresponsive to what it going on - we need the power money to ride in and help shareholders remove this board and management...........Tonto - go get the posse. Boolean

  • self serving CEO's and manipulation they employ to enrich themselves..........gee how timely.

So what you are saying oilly is that smart investors bought at 2 bucks and now are trying to dump them onto other investors by pumping its prospects........that is what you are saying between thy lines are you not? Just read what you wrote - that explains your behavior that I unveiled during the last debate that I won against you. Thank you for the confirmation. Boolean

uncle - at some point wake up from your dream and realize it is a nightmare.........enjoy this short-term oil pullback and gloat and covet the losses of others as it will not last..........the news is going to become very bullish.........very bullish. Remember when I told u I loaded up on yahoo at 12 buck and you scowled how yahoo was a dead company.........gee whiz ms molly it is going ballistic UP.....I love fear you see as it breeds cocky behavior and foolish choices and that is where I come in and make the money. You will pay the price of hatred and Ray will have the last laugh along with myself.......... Boolean

I see MACD and my key indicator that I love to see paired with it went bullish -- that is a great sign UNLESS the stock fails to follow thru and gain then it means significant weakness for the stock. The energy sector is under pressure but that will be short-lived. IF the rah-rah-pom-pom kids are right and this massive growth in reserves is about to be unleashed then smart money should flow here like a tsunami - you can't believe that you are the only ones that follow the data. If I were a gambler I would buy the stock here (if only to play the channel) since the key indicators are so bullish but yet the death star could also be emerging with Mt Emmons......this stock will remain risky until the major risk is removed OR oil growth/reserves build massively as reported by others here. We shall see - until then.........

  • but they will take the free shares for doing what????? Taking the easy guberment jobs and then taking options for success that is driven by the guberment and not by what they are doing? then when the pot of money is pulled back management has no answers except to say issue an annual report touting their greatness and that of the company?? You have to SELL THE COMPANY NOW if you continue to manage the company this way. We need a shareholder revolt - a big money house to come in and rip you out of your golden palace and make you understand that you..........have..........failed. Boolean

  • up huge from the three level so we will see if this reverses a bit now or runs with it. Boolean

At some point you have to monetize it all..........or SELL THE COMPANY. If you are expanding but can not contain your costs = no bottom line that = a failure of management. And again, we have Mt. Emmons. I want to believe the story but I remain leery I think the economic news releases coming this week and especially on Friday will be very positive and further indicate an improving economy. Some here say oil prices will fall..........I believe that is already happening/ed and that as we move thru the end of the year and especially in 2015 oil prices will RISE and should benefit most companies. Oil stocks have also slid in this downdraft.......a sector adjustment BUT that too will reverse in my ever humble opinion. Boolean

when I suspect we will hear more deals that piggyback this deal............I like our chances on this risk play and as noted this has happened many times before with them. Boolean

hey I am open to any reasonable information -- let er rip. Now all the info I provided in that post are FACT but of course all management has to do is MANAGE and do their FIDUCIARY DUTY and they will change those negatives to positive --- historically they have not shown that capability but hey.........who knows maybe they will get lucky or take an MBA class that sparks it.........who knows it ain't a static world. Boolean

  • they get it..........they have to get it. This week they will follow many insiders and buy shares in the company they run. They told you in the annual just how great they were doing and who great it was to be a shareholder......you do see that word SHARE right? Boolean

  • as it plays within its channel........so you would expect it to bounce off of a low again early this week.....week of news with the EIA Petroleum Status Report on Wed and Friday is a barn burner with Retail Sales, Import/export prices, consumer sentiment and business inventories. Everyone is pumped I can see but then that is no different than so many other quarters.........SO IF I WANT TO BUY IN TELL ME WHY I SHOULD DO IT NOW...........before earnings. What is different this time. If not for me - tell others WHY management will be able to get it done this quarter and why I should not consider Mt Emmons as a huge concern or the figures I provided earlier in terms of negative/positives for the companies performance. Thanks........Boolean

Yes the information is a useful part of micro analysis but to date what has it done for you -- if you are going to push data then you should explain its value - many companies drive all kinds of top line but have no means of bringing it bottom line where it matters. I do feel that useg is getting closer but as I have noted the Mt Emmons issue is a lot bigger than you folks want to admit -- if they some how get rid of it - and I think they should be working day and night and have a team working on that.......then this is a whole new BULLISH story. I think they can find a way to reduce their exposure there with a partner or something and we need to discuss this with management. Good luck and looking forward to the next Q release to see if they are getting their act together........still not a buyer but watching. My view of 2015-16 is huge bullish so oil will rise and should benefit most players as I have noted in the recent postings. Boolean

bc -- I am sorry that you feel the way you do but I can do nothing about that -- please by-pass my posts and move on to those that make you smile. But remember - the S&P is going to 2100+ before the end of the year and my suggestion to you is........BE THERE. good day bc. Boolean

uncle - the energy sector is in a pull back........this is sector activity not specific to earthstone. I should not have to tell you that. I am glad that you feel good about this and of course I knew you would but this is all well within expectations.........it is called the stock market. Right now energy is having what I expect to be a very short period of consolidation - it will rise even stronger as we move forward. Oil prices will not collapse and in fact this pull back is a perfect pullback prior to its next up move. Yes, that is my opinion so we will be able to see who his right.......let the games begin. Finally, you keep putting numbers on the stock in a backward view........you give nothing to forward outlook and expectations. Mr. Market looks at where the stock is going not where it has been.......Earthstone is building itself into a much more powerful company and with Frank teaming up with Ray we are in even better position. So........enjoy the gloat as it will be short-lived. The market will reach 2100 and the next move will be powerful leaving the naysayers with jaws wide open and pounding the table saying IT JUST CAN'T BE SO THE WORLD IS A MESS. Prepare yourself to be wrong uncle.......no ill will intended but it is just the way it is. Boolean
