    Q2 Keith Larsen CEO statement

I am projecting a solid 2015 economy so that should spell good news for energy companies - I believe that 2015 is going to be when the economic growth rates will start to show a stronger upward trajectory and that growth will broaden out including China and India who have been slower than expected but who both hold huge potential and pent-up demand. Infrastructure rebuild I also believe will be a strong driver across nations and that will be great for commodities and players of that sector. Rates will rise but it won't matter as growth will trump that move and negate or minimize any significant negatives for the market. I submit as I have said since 2009 that the new market revival post the economic meltdown will be more substantial than any one believes (was why I loaded up back then in leveraged S&P/Russell etc ETF's ie sso) as the disaster did a cleansing that was terrible to endure but like a wildfire will yield new and unprecedented growth.......like no other time In history. In time shorting treasuries will be good......like tmv and this could be the time to start nibbling there as they have been slammed hard. But I hold to my premise and convictions and will buy that which makes you wince as that is where the deals are. Boolean

    Q2 Keith Larsen CEO statement

at the end of the day it is.........the bottom line. All of the stuff in between really doesn't matter if it doesn't come to the bottom line. Stocks are valued on their bottom line number and not all of the stuffing. Sure you need to look at UNDERVALUED ASSETS and that is a great way to look at a company but USEG has not been able to show any skill level at bringing value to their assets. Now they my in Q3 show some of that we don't know but I am suspect as they just keep showing an uncanny ability to drop the ball and fail to monetize their holdings. Some managements are just inept in that way and others like Ray Singleton at Earthstone have the skill set to drive shareholder value. Boolean

    Question?

  • booleansearcher by booleansearcher Aug 22, 2014 9:20 AM Flag

It's financials and its overall body does not look good........yet. Right now it is trading at its reversal point and the numbers don't support any reason for a rise.......yet. Now that could and would change IF they hit something big of course or do a deal that alters their make up but for now I still see the stock as HIGH RISK and therefore not a suitable investor for any one but those willing to assume the risk. It does seem still to be a great trade stock as it is operates quite consistently within its channel. Just a point of view of course but it does appear to be strongly range bound with no catalyst YET to drive it higher. Boolean

has this not been their MO of an ability to raise top line but not bottom line and to be very inconsistent. I plan to do DD again here to see if there is any substance of hope beyond the hypsters who seem to be a common thread here.........you are not one of them I know. Boolean

indicated in his guidance that Q3 will show increased production gains but he failed as far as I can see.......to say increased bottom line results. Is this a concern to you? Boolean

You keep up your bad attitudes and I may have to slap your mouse.......come on kids. You know this company is destined for a powerful position in the industry and with the two shareholder centric managers in place we are in........a place. The economy is going to show a solid 2015 and as I noted long ago the USA will be the driver of the worldwide rebirth......not CHINA.......and that is what is happening now. But our growth will expand that of other nations and China will play a more meaningful role in coming months and certainly in 2015 which will along with India and other economies drive world-wide growth not seen since the end of WWII if ever. The economic disaster was a disaster but with disasters comes the rebirth and the reinvigoration and the drive forward...........the USA is leading that now as it should be. We will see Earthstone be bought out in 2015 or early 2016 (first half) and you will smile or frown depending on your nature. I remain steadfastly bullish here and those that sell now can sell and those shares will find their way into stronger hands who understand where this is all heading........your friend and sometimes irritant.......Boolean

    Repeating Message

mountain - I have not DEFENDED HIS POLICIES.....that is a global statement. Only a fool would support ALL POLICIES. Again - even FOX has trashed Bush/Cheney so now that discussion is OVER. When they finally took them out to the whipping post for their disastrous reign it was over for those who blindly follow a party OK. I am not one of those blind lemmings. I told you when Obama kept the tax breaks to the rich I wrote him as well expressing my anger. So don't lump me in with your lemmings OK. I am a true patriot who evaluates ALL and not walk blindly behind anyone. Boolean
My message is clear - SELL THE COMPANY. Read the annual and see how they distorted the facts and over spent on the A10 Thunderbolt and yet sang their own praise.........read it and then come back.

  • booleansearcher by booleansearcher Aug 21, 2014 7:59 PM Flag

understand how to lead this company and to grow it so they need to SELL IT. I am going to continue to repeat this and repeat this and you know I AM RIGHT. Look back at their history - they are inconsistent and only do well when the big bad GUBERMENT is throwing them the bones. Call them and tell them to SELL. Boolean

  • what a disgrace - they have always been suspect as I have noted but their failure now to back up their words in the annual report with OPEN MARKET BUYS is a total disgrace and flip off to small investors who hold this stock. Hey - Cheney and his little misfit G.W. are gone OK so you don't have those loons telling you the lies needed to do his (Cheney) dirty deeds OK.......our soldiers suffered enough from his actions as did the entire nation. Now - INSIDERS BUY SHARES OK -- look at yourself in the mirror and DO IT. You know I am right........AGAIN. Boolean

BUY SHARES ON THE OPEN MARKET -- EDDY and Doug and Vinney BUY SHARES OK. Show your shareholder centric side IF YOU HAVE ANY........the company only makes money when war mongers are leading the nation and you get the easy money from it. You know I am right.....AGAIN. Boolean

  • yet they touted this company in their annual to suck in the unsuspecting small investor.........I own my shares all in the two range so this is no big deal but I hate it when companies play the small investor like that...........I told you what was on the table and it all came true. They need to step up now and BUY SHARES ON THE OPEN MARKET. Boolean

  • booleansearcher by booleansearcher Aug 15, 2014 8:38 AM Flag

and still have not bought shares - management tells you in the annual how great things are and the great things they are doing but the stock drops and they DON'T BUY SHARES ON THE OPEN MARKET. They just take the freebie shares and rip shareholders. Call them and ask them WHY. Go ahead. See what kind of response YOU get. They look for easy GUBERMENT MONEY and fail to diversify. They need to SELL OUT to managers who know what they are doing. Get with it kids and stop being far right wing lemmings -- be independent as myself and think and act INDEPENDENTLY. Boolean

  • and I will leave you to it. If you all decide to grow up I will come back but for now you kids can play on the swings and post your dribble.
BUT before I take a little break understand this...........The S&P is going to 2100 this year but we may well have more correction right here as today's market was very slim - up but not in a meaningful way. GOLD is getting ready for the next run and that could be huge. Treasuries are running strong with long plays up massive but that too will change so the short play will be huge later this year and 2015 will really be strong.
Our GEM here is going to be huge --- but don't buy it please just watch it. When we are bought out you will scorn me again and I will be smiling. You trash Ray and trash me and that all makes you feel good BUT.....you are wrong on both counts and you know what - neither Ray or I care. Good evening.....I am always a blog away..... Boolean.

INSIDERS BUY SHARES when you have the chance -- BUY ON THE OPEN MARKET. The lemmings who support you are losing faith and they KNOW ONCE AGAIN THAT I NAILED IT RIGHT ON. Thanks for the emails in that regard you all. appreciate it. Boolean

  • of what is happening with this company and the huge potential that lies before us.....we are under the radar yet and with a small float only so many folks can get in.......I have not sold one share as the potential and PROBABILITY of significant further gains is very positive -- we are in a unique position and as shares are sold strong hands will come in and take more. Ray your doing an awesome job for shareholders and this combination of managers is just another in a long line of shareholder (and of course you being one of us) centric acts and since you are such a big holder what you are doing is simply perfect for ALL OF US. You have your trashers and your naysayers and those whose myopia blinds them to clear thought as it is born of fear and anger and distrust and no one can reason with those weights upon them. I look forward to much higher prices and I KNOW we will be seeing some strong BUY recommendations coming to our GEM. Good day Ray......I am proud to ride with you. Boolean
