I am guessing the retailers are scorched ,

  • IF the SP hits $240.00, Who is with ME!!!!? Was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?

  • I have been following publicly traded companies focused on using cellular biologics since 2006. I have read everything I can on the subject and did my best to educate investors on the science and it's possible inclusion into healthcare. My interest in RegMed was driven by loss of friends and family. In the years that followed I've learned the majority of investors in the Stem Cell Sector of publicly traded companies were drawn to RegMed as I was in hopes of investing in cutting edge science so that others would not suffer.

The hatred from the left towards a Republican controlled congress of the 90's and 2000's impassioned many to make RegMed an ideological platform for political change and a rally cry to divide voters on party lines as gay marriage, abortion, Iraq War etc. was able to get out the vote.

California tax payers approved a $10,000,000,000 bond sale for instituting the California Institute of Regenerative Medicine mid-way thru the last decade. The $10 Billion dollars of CIRM money is almost gone now. It has been spent on various endeavors. Beautiful facilities on State College grounds, investments into foreign nations research efforts, friends and family startups in the Bay Area etc. CIRM directly/indirectly employs thousands of researchers making between $120k-$1.2m each per year. A layer of government bureaucracy that will leave a legacy of costing California tax payers a $1.2 Billion dollars per year in unfunded obligations going forward in 2017. I ask now, where are the promised treatments if we just VOTE YES???

The press releases/transcripts quoting promising cures for diseases if only California tax payers would vote YES on the $10 Billion boondoggle have long ago disappeared from the web. A web of deceit that has caught up everyone whom has financially benefited from this Other Peoples/Government money. You intentionally lied to tax payers so to line your pockets and your friends pockets. The epitome of the good ole boy network.

The use of IVF embryo's as a source of cellular biologic use fanned these partisan flames to its highest in 2008 when the future POTUS-Obama, promised to make stem cell research a cornerstone of his administration and allow Federal research funding using IVF embryos. In March of 2009 he signed an executive order which immediately allowed funding. The NIH soon after set up a department specific to vetting applications for funding for stem cell research only to close the department on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend a few short years later. Just another campaign promise to the puppets.

Since 2005 we've seen dozens of nonprofit organizations set up to advance Stem Cell Research. Many of which have paid its senior management exorbitant salaries and have accomplished nothing more than grandiose speaking engagements and weekend getaways. They shakedown companies for monies to fund these organizations and put on a dog and pony shows at a reception hall near most major cities.

It is important to understand foremost that the use of human cells to treat those suffering with unmet medical needs does in fact have 1000's of proven efficacy data points for those that were fortunate to have been involved with pioneering research trials. I have 1st hand knowledge of a 45yo male with advanced MS that attends my gym who underwent a clinical trial for the first treatment to reset the immune system of multiplsclerosi(MS) patients. The trial took place at North Western. In MS, the immune system attacks and destroys myelin, the insulating layer that forms around nerves in the spinal cord, brain and optic nerve. The recipient of this life saving treatment I've personally known for 10years now prior to his treatment. Chris was unable to drive, his central vision gone, could not walk at times. Yet I saw Chris walk on a treadmill today and work out with his trainer. I have seen before & after videos of ALS patients with similar results of Chris'. People suffering with age related macular degeneration with no central vision after undergoing RPE injections into an effected eye can now discern textures in paintings or watch TV for the 1st time in 10 years.

So I ask the FDA upper echelon bureaucrats right now how many FedEx packages stuffed with $100.00 bills from Big Pharma Executives allows you to sleep at night knowing that these treatments for terminally ill Americans are available? It is disgusting how corrupt the FDA process is to bring drugs to the bedside. 20years and at least $1 billion USD in trial costs. This does not cover the bribes to FDA personnel or campaign donations to elected officials. The old FDA line of "We/FDA are very concerned about Americans health and vetted possible drugs/treatments to mitigate suffering."

How does the FDA condone the genocide deaths of 50,000,000 Americans since 1947 directly attributed to the inhalation of tobacco? Is it because tax revenue on tobacco provides Fed/State coffers over $billions USD annually?

The FDA will not allow some of the most gifted researchers on the planet in the United States to administer a terminally ill patient's own cells back into his own body? The answer is simple and can only be that FDA is intentionally using 1950's synthetic clinical protocols for patient specific cellular technology to slow down regenerative medicine from getting to the bedside at the peril of terminally ill. Remember as an American you can go to the conveyance store pick up a pack of cigarettes and ingest toxins that will kill you BUT as a terminally ill patient the FDA will NOT permit you to use your own cells in the United States under the care of a medical doctor unless it is for specific type of cancer. Then by all means dig into a bone of matched donor. If your terminally ill you need to scrape together at least $150,000 USD plus and get on a plane to China or Russia.

    Public RegMed Companies:
Some public companies pay its management ludicrous sums of compensation. Companies with sub $60million market caps pay a clinical stage CEO $millions in total compensation per year. These CEO's sign toxic debt deals at huge discounts to trading prices of common shares then use this money to pay salaries while sensationalizing decade old trials results and have not published data in an actual trial for years.

I would say the biggest offender/abuser of shareholders in this sector is Ocata formerly Advanced Cell Technology. In 2008 the deceased William Caldwell former CEO of ACT intentionally sold 262,000,000 ( half of the Authorized Shares ) shares for $250,000 in receivable debt. He intentionally bypassed series A shareholders and Bond holders causing 2 billion shares in damage defaults, recalc's in penalty and settlement defaults. The next CEO of ACT Gary Rabin sold millions of dollars of his stock without filing the required SEC disclosures. A massive reverse split in 2014 and a year later a Company wants to buy Ocata for a measly $350,000,000.00 equating to presplit value of $0.085 per common share. WOW-perfect timing! All the voting power of the common shareholders is wiped out and voila a deal is in the offing. A treatment for the #1 cause of blindness in the western world for $350m bucks. This small investment will return $10 billion dollars annually by 2022. The 4,500 Lasik Eye centers infrastructure already established all over the planet will be well utilized. Ocata's cell products fit very nicely with in the Big Pharma drug distribution model. The 45,000 Ocata common shareholders whom kept ACT/Ocata on life support during the dark days will not see a penny of this future return. Ocata does not have an activist shareholder with funds required to stop this equity take over deal that is incredibly bad for Ocata common shareholders and exorbitantly beneficial to series A, B and C shareholders.

So what is the deal? Why would an owner of the world's only online forum dedicated to Regenerative Medicine eviscerate this sector? Simply put if I do not speak up who will? The so called leaders in this sector sit idly by and collect a check.
Nobody has bothered to expose the incestuous and illegal relationship between Big Pharma and the FDA in RegMed. The FDA removed the 361 Blood Loophole ending US Stem Cell treatment. ( this former regulation permitted the cellular cultivation of a persons own cells and implantation back into the original donor if done so with in 24hrs) I have seen zero evidence of so called non-profit RegMed advocates point out the failings of CIRM or the hypocrisy of Obama administration and or of those on the left signing the Affordable Care ACT with NO PROVISIONS and or incentives for cellular technology.

This email is being sent to thousands of researchers, FDA officials, Members of Congress, State Attorney Generals, Editors and mom & pop investors alike. I have for the past 7 months documented every false and misleading press release thru out this sector and filed every unusual event to the FINRA/SEC. Although the sector is not rampant with fraud a few bad apples will inevitably rot the entire barrel. I look forward to those that have intentionally betrayed the public trust will be held responsible..

For those executives that know you've lied in previous years I hope this email fills you with tormented sleepless nights. Your greed has caused millions to suffer needlessly and devastated possible future investment for the almighty dollar. Your no different than the Hedge Fund Sleaze CEO that raised prices of rare disease medications by 2,000% over night. You fail to understand the most important thing in life is to care for those around you. You fail to comprehend it is a privilege and a high honor to care for those that cannot care for themselves.

Please forward this email and let your voices be heard.
