You should find one that smells like a burger then you'd have your burger and fries which is the way its supposed to be
yet the last report read as follows
CVR Partners also announced today a fourth quarter 2014 distribution of 41 cents per common unit. The distribution, as set by the board of CVR GP, LLC, the general partner of CVR Partners, will be paid on March 9, 2015, to unitholders of record on March 2, 2015.
So March 2,2015
Dividend Date3: Mar 9, 2015
Ex-Dividend Date4: Feb 26, 2015
yet the earnings release indicated The distribution will be paid on March 9, 2015, to unitholders of record on March 2, 2015.
so either 2-26 or 3-2 i guess you can take your pick
not sure they would have said
“Even with this planned downtime, we expect 2015 will be a beneficial year for the partnership and its unitholders.”
if they envisioned a PPS of $15
Know wat im sayin ?
We are pleased to report solid results across the board for the 2014 fourth quarter, which included some of the highest production and operating rates of the year," said Mark Pytosh, chief executive officer.

42,000 shares traded drops it 3.49 %...i suppose one guy might have put in a market sell order and he did it on a bad day to do that. Must be rich or lazy
too bad bcfbubba can't see that info as it seems he has disappeared from Yahoo. The no insider buying has been a real thorn for him and yet it seems the reason they were not buying is that they're a patient group that werre waiting for a pullback
yes bought the 6's due to low cost and might have also sold several higher up calls as a sort of a floating collar
lately its sort of gone along with either oil prices or commodities in general so watch both oil and the dollar...ethanol might also be a factor. You know ethanol price drops corn price drops UAN price drops, dollar goes up oil goes down etc etc
Its a sort of buy and hold commodity stock that normally pays out fairly well
According to my little portfolio i am up 27.51% on cvrr since my last buy, so you know i do not pay attention to these so called calls but still some do and it needs to be looked into for possible manipulation
he said on October 7th Buy All Refiners Now, Citigroup Says
We are moving Phillips 66, Holly Frontier, CVR Refining and Alon USA Partners to Buy !!
well it traded about 23.50 then so if you say buy you must expect at least 10% to about 26 or so and actually surely they expected more.
So now at 17 or so the change it to a neutral ? To celebrate CVRR is up over 5 % since the downgrade
DJ CVR Refining Cut to Neutral From Buy by Citigroup CVRR
I think the question is why are these people allowed to print this nonsense and why is it even legal ?
or to put it another way you never know what tangible book value of an insurance company is especially one that deals in long term care because the reserves are constantly being changed or manipulated. OK so how much of this entirely earned premium goes to what side of the ledger class...Class ?? and how about the unearned portion ???
That said its a hold based on good chance of CEO being fired and then ,like MCD, gets a nice pop
