Unless I am mistaken I think he was the one that had scheduled sales long in advance and they are to keep going into 2015. So this would mean the market knew about this for a long time now.
He would be a fool to buy $9 million worth at around $11 if did not think it would go considerably higher. Even the already very wealthy don't look to flush such sums down the drain.
From a ta perspective need to get above 50 day ma of 11.67. Vol was big today so hopefully this is the start of a good run.
Can the volume and price jump today not just be a delayed market reaction to market news of the 2 insiders loading up on stocks?
The question then is why would 2 insiders buy so much now if it is a given that for the next year there will be little appreciation in stock price?
Can anyone explain how insiders just bought $10 million dollars of stock and it hardly budges upward in price? Also why would the 2 insiders buy so much if most think there is little upside here?
Why are insiders buying so much stock?
1. Why would the ceo buy so much kcg stock if this stock has very limited upside?
2. Why did the stock price fall on this seeminlgy positive news?
You think it should be valued 1.5 book value? Not much uspide then. Are you in this stock now and if so why and why would anyone buy this now?
Let's hope you are right Mr. magoo_danny. You seem to know the company business quite well.
I am hanging in but wondering if I am being stupid. You think it could take up to 6 months to see even 12.50? Probably much better opportunities out there for such a limited return. Why are you hanging in here if there does not appear to be much upside here?
Based on the damage done by these earnings, how long do you think it could take to see the stock break, say, $12.50?
How did they have such a huge miss on earnings yet they are only down 3% (which is probably what they would have been down today based on the poor overall market). What am I missing? I was thinking this would be 20% down today.
It only know how to fall mr magoo_danny
