The "dividend" is total distortion. RAS calls most of it return of capital. For a reason! Net effect is
your getting paid with your own money. What does it mean? To me it div represent part income, part
reduction of stock cost. If div is .80c & breakdown is 70% roc then .56c is subtracted from purchase
pr. If stock cost $8 & over 1 yr got .56c then true cost in 1 yr is $7.44.The other.24c is PRETAX inc or 3%
per yr. The only way for stock price to rise is through earnings - GAAP earnings. I realize this may
seem unconventional but at this point in time it's what's happening. Every yr for past 5 years BV per
share has gone down. From $30/sh to $8/sh. That's what $1.2b in losses has cost us. I'm not denying
mgt has brought co back from brink, but a look at bal sh from 5yrs ago to now reveals LTD unchanged
at $2B, total assets unchanged at $3B & sh out 25m now $82m. Of course RAS is a different co with
most of losses & writedowns taken & quality of assets now very good from very bad. Question is what
kind of money can they make on $2.5B assets.5% ROA not out of the question $2/sh, over time. 2 things
nag at me, heavy leverage & possible rising int. rates. How to get debt down? For one thing co could
have used excessive cash divs instead of "giving" the money away. Otherwise more cap. raise?

I have NEVER sold this stock at a loss. Like you I trade when appropriate. I resent your
dominating behavior. Maybe you don't see yourself as some others do but you're the kind of
guy when as a kid playing sand lot baseball & it's your bat & ball & your team is losing you go
home taking bat & ball. Game over.! How dare you make the assumption with such convince-
ing certainty I "sold this stock at a loss over & over". Typical of your "holier than thou mentality".
And stop with the past already. My comment is for 1 1/2 yrs this stock is a dog pile .Getting
paid with my own money "dividends" is not exactly making money as stock performance proves.
You call me impatient? Why? Because for 1 1/2 yrs stock has done nothing. Those capital
raises were largely used to pay ROC dividends & crushed the stock.as I said it would Your patronizing attitude disgusts me & rash to be judgmental is just plain crazy.. So go on with your
self flagellation over this stock & be aware of this, .you are not the patron saint of RAS
Lastly I don't challenge your facts at all. In fact the work you have done is profigious. My
complaint is your heavy handed promotion of RAS with imho such blind dedication

and puzzled why YKW keeps posting. This is the most amazing piece of audacity ever. The man just
refuses to back off. Admit he's wrong? Not a chance.! Ego gets in the way of common sense.
Many great leaders suffer from the same "sense of right", Hitler, Hussein, Alex the great, Napoleon
etc etc. In the end history shows them for what they are, conceited, arrogant, destructive. Self
gratification does them all in leaving a path of misery behind them. How anybody can say this is a
"good" stock has serious mental delusions. In the vernacular this stock "sucks" and as an investment
is second rate at best. For all his bravado stock in s.h. for 11/2 yrs & his explanations just doesn't cut it

know what "real" value of La. properties is in $$? Perhaps the stock is selling off because of
potential bigger write down is necessary That and declining oil price. The production & income
from La shows fairly steep declines in quarterly report. As a stockholder there's no way to garner
this inside information. Personally I do not understand stock sell off in view of solid report

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Aug 4, 2014 10:34 AM Flag

I have been proven right. I posted on several occasions that dilution would cripple chances of
price appreciation. Despite being diametrically opposed by YKW with discourses about why
I am wrong & persistently brings up dividends [mostly return of capital, which he tends to ignore]
the plain & simple fact is stock is down 15% YTD. So called "dividends"] don't begin to make up
for capital loss & for year and a half stock price is flat. to down.
I'm not sure why sell off is taking place but I do know this, "dilution is dilutive to earnings & decreases
shareholder equity, whether or not it produces increases profitably. and 80% of time degrades stock
price for long time. In fact the money raised was in effect largely used to pay "dividends" . which in RAS
case is mostly optional anyway. It probably would have been more sensible to not return shareholders
money & used it for biz expansion.
Frankly, or Georgely or Jackly I am appalled & disgusted by YKW's persuasive propaganda campaign
to seduce people to buy this stock , and in particlular using every conceivable argument justifying
dilution. A pox on you Mr Know it All. I'm right, you're wrong & in simple English GFY

    golden opportunity? they don't seem to know it. It's 2:15 & volume 1.945m sh.extremely
high. There's a 138k buy order at $11.20. Maybe shorts or HFT's want to cover. Personally
I am truly amazed at the sell off no matter who's doing it, although I believe shorts
behind it. The GREAT news certainly should push stock up, not down, even on a sell off day.
The excuse that no mention of La. sale has nothing to do with it, although the way stock is
trading probably wouldn't matter. Co should reduce capex & do a buyback

GEVO has lost patent battle in appeals court. But GEVO keep trying get around it by introducing
"other" data. It's not that GEVO is so much a scam but a failure to actually make the stuff in
quantity & unenforcible patent rights.Stock is a ticking time bomb

I used to be in box business. We used to say "we're in business to make money, not boxes"
This stock has only approx 36% institutional ownshp. + Picken's & other insiders hold. approx
25%. In short instit's not particularly keen on a stock that is a money losing bottomless pit. That is
why 23% shares are short. Investors are sick of dilutions & of waiting for some kind of light at the
end of the tunnel.Truly this whole operation is a ridiculous proven loser. MSN 4 analysts rate sell

selling is probably being done [or overdone] by institutional owners. As of latest reporting about
70-75% insty's owned stock. They probably don't want to show large positions to fund owners
, & with diminishing prospects no sense hanging on. Co making every attempt to reduce loss &
increase CF. The more production removed the better. I think Reps & Sen's from coal areas going
to fight like hell to stop restrictive regulations. America running out of power options. Coal will stay
