oops. operating loss $2..138mm . Out of that $877k were noncash option awards
& stock compensation.Actual cash loss is 2.13-.877=$1.261mm Rest of loss is
fluff except as it relates to 7mm new shares issued & derivative loss, which I
can't figure out yet. Who knows, the South may rise again. Sorry for previous mistakes -
I was so excited to see results I made couple mistakes in last post.
Product rev $363m cost rev $669m gross margin - $305m other op exp SG&A
$1.833 OPERATING LOSS $$2.2mm. That $1.6mm cash will disappear fast.
In fact mgt states they'll have to RAISE MORE MONEY. Also correction -
stockholder equity neg $3.2mm. . Can't believe they're still around.
Such us the power of hype. Next report should be better - can't get worse - maybe? -
Reported loss $11,396,280 - for last 3 mos.Well, it really isn't that bad. After usual
mumbo jumbo actual cash loss about $1mm I think. Naturally there was the
customary dilution - only another 7mm shares, bringing total to 27mm. But there
is very good news, $1.6mm cash on hand. Of course it may not last very long but
sales were UP to a whole $364k & stockholder equity came down tfrom - $4mm to
$3.2mm. Real solid progress. At $1.75/sh market cap is $47mm. Might be ripe for buyout. -

Pleae explain to me what's so bad about the R.S.? It doesn't necessarily
mean the stock goes down. In fact I've owned stocks that have done well after.
Medicis Pharm. I bought at .25c, did RS 1- 14, stock went to $11 in 1 yr & eventually
went to $40. Plus others. Please explain why you don't like RS. BTW i don't think
much of NK or the ethanol biz in general but what's that got to do with it? And fyi I
only recently bought in at ..27 - 30c. I also traded it in the past & didn't lose -

expect these guys to say "Sorry, we failed miserably?"As far as your projections are concerned
it's self hype.What do you expect to happen, people reading your post will make you rich
