Pearl Harbor underhanded type sneak attack cap raises make stk hldrs suffer. The fair [and]
right thing to been done is offer subscription rights I said all this a long time ago Frankly I find
mgt untrustworthy; Like they care. They pull out big bucks no matter what. Stock should have bene
$!0 by now, we're behind schedule at least a year. NO DF COMMENTARY NECESSARY. BTW I just
got butt reamed with another sneak attack. NBG. CEO OUTRIGHT LIED about needing apital. Beware
of Greeks bearing gifts OUT OF CLEAR BLUE announced HUGE HUGE dilution.Took a 20+% hit

Gotta' hand it to them! They really are smart. Making a killing.
They sure know how to pick out the world's biggest P's O S

How dare you infer this POS is a POS. True they don't have much going for them
but bosses have nice big desks where they can j.o. unobserved

B LO W S ! ! ! ! Hey, can a stock really do that?. For inspiration look at the manic loudmouth
big yap tout - Jimmy [the mouth]. There's the champion. I'm in SFY, which he hates!
Oh yeah I own a bunch of MHR pfd C. Yields 9.83% & pays monthly

get sick when I think about Goober. Even if I have only 500sh I really get nauseous, really
You know the feeling - in the pit of your stomach Now he shows true colors, starts with Y
Makes no effort to address price destruction. It should only happen to him

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 16, 2014 9:55 AM Flag

A yr or so you kept insisting ZITS was going to be real good stock, etc. That you were personally
involved with the co, etc etc You also insisted RAD had the wolf at the door, etc. etc.You knocked
YKW practically calling him an idiot [not far from the truth]. Yet you're worse!
I would like to know why you were so wrong. Going on MB with an authoritative view was very
stupid. Whether it's you or YKW pumping your brains out is ridiculous. You are champion at one
thing though A LOSER FIRST CLASS. You can take your opinions & stick 'em you know where
Nobody needs to read messages from mouth herpes shm---ks You owe this MB an apology

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 15, 2014 2:22 PM Flag

for you pump happy no nothings to understand what a disaster this co really is.They blew
close to $1/2b on bad decisions; mainly on overpaying for assets, they have debt up to their
eyeballs, co. is mismanaged, SGA is crazy high AND BV is .40c, ONLY IF you can believe their
property valuations, AND that BV INCLUDES $259MM GOOD WILL which is worth next to nothing
. Remove GW from BV & equity is -$240mm or over minus $5/sh. HOW CAN ANY OF YOU
determine the profitablility etc , drooling over PR's, etc from looking at a computer?
YOU CAN TAKE YOUR IDIOTIC PUMPS & shove 'em, nobody cares anyway

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 15, 2014 12:45 PM Flag

Auditors comments. IF THE COMPANY DOES NOT OBTAIN ADDITIONAL FINANCING IT
WILL BE REQUIRED TO DISCONTINUE OPERATIONS. Other noteworthy comments from co
THE PATENT FOR THE TECHNOLOGY ..... EXPIRES 2015. Net loss $13mm, about $8mm
noncash but real problem is only have $443k cash. BTW Ed Smith made a personal loan to
co ifor $250k a month ago..
I don't know why they can't get this co off the ground, it's not for lack of trying. Seems like they're
justbeating a dead horse. Should have thrown the towel in a long time ago. What's bothersome
though is report doesn't have any encouraging news. PS I think YKW is down $25k+

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 15, 2014 11:41 AM Flag

that great renewable fuels "expert" getting butt reamed on his 16mmsh. So is Total S.A
on their 6.8mm sh , & of all things State of Michigan w/2.9mm sh whicjh they picked up
4th q 2013, etc etc [no wonder pension plans in trouble]. Could be Goober hiding out in
some cave worriied about who#$%$ list he's on
Bal sheet now shows retained earn. def $260mm & what do we [we incl my $650 invstmnt]-
now worth $380] Funny, i never trusted Goober, his personality rubbed me the wrong way
especially arrogance. He has cost invstmnt community at leas $200mm. Co BV now $1.75
&mkt cap at $30mm I'm trying to figure out if I should buy more?

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 14, 2014 4:02 PM Flag

The only thing we're really told is bank hired GS & MS to devise a plan. Although there
is a E18b capital shortfall it doesn't necessarily mean it has to be made up all at once.
If they were to attempt to do it all at once by issuing new shares it would wreck sh value
. Maybe they don't care but I don't think so We'll see . Although I'm out just curious
    WHO IS BUYING?

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 14, 2014 10:45 AM Flag

what you starry eyed pie in the sky daydreamering freaks are doing. I've seen so many
grasp at straw MB posters conjuring why some stock is a bargain. Most lose! ".China has
1b people, AGM, huge mkt, great technology p.o. $9, etc. Who cares? FACTS are these: BV
.45c, insider sales over last yr have been tremendous [check SEC Form 4], the only thing this
stock is good for is Pandolino & Safire to become more rich. One more thing, ther is plenty
competition out there including tobacco, biotrechy, Agric.,HUGE cos etc working on this. And
none of you hysterical screaming hyenas have either the time or expertise to make rational
decisions, except in your own lame minds & seat of the pants instincts.. I wish you all lots of
luck, you're going to need it.

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 11, 2014 1:53 PM Flag

Not a good thing. Question is why? Is something fundamentally wrong? Do some big funds
need money? Who knows?. I genuinely believe this:as Churchill once said about USSR, an
enigma wrapped in a --- etc This co unfathomable to decipher & GAAP results are poort Last
4 yrs ret.earngs.went from $-647mm to $-1.257BILLION, at the same time sh out doubled &
BV declined from $26/sh$ to $8.45sh Despite impr in op inc & div, exiting continues. Funds
do not like explaining y why a stock is not working out so unload. Few have patience enough to
unravel inner workings.of complicated cos. AND this last borrowing put the finishing touch on
destructive endless cap raises Looks like the party's over for now.I have very lmtd exposure.&
holding off buying NO NEED for lofty expl. A loss is a loss.

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Apr 10, 2014 8:40 PM Flag

Some of you rate this stock as "strong buy", "low end of pr. range", "co.should do this or that. "
"xyz is biuying so I'll buy too", "strong assets" etc. etc. Can't you read a bal .sht? Co. OVERPAID
huge, for assets Have only $34mm cash a/o 12/31, no borrowing power & teeny equity. How
about inc. st, can you understand it? 2013 rev $337mm, out of control SGA $77mm & worst
of all int exp $104mm. I hate to bust balloons but just what is it they have going for themselves?
Are you guys oil specialists you understand what's going on? Fund guys are very rich. They can
spend $1mm easier than you can spend $1k.They're sniffing here for an angle. If they lose it's
just a write off. I own boatload of bonds paying 12-15% & question my sanity. As far as I can tell
they'll have to unload assets AND raise money.Mgt have managed to mismanage what might
have been a good opportunity, You're dealing with folks who strongly believe in "Greed is good"..

Swift Energ y[SFY] is 3x bigger CEO Terry Swift makes 1/3 & does 3x the job. AND he &
all the insiders makeing open market buys - see SEC form 4. END has bupkis BV [which
includes absurd Bad Will of $$259mm. This co one fake POS. SFY has no BW & sells
at 1/2 Book. Probably great takeover Of course, possibility END could bring in gushers.

Overpaid Transier & does 3x the job.Why try & bunk heads with funds & big

Bad Will on books- pos END carries $1/4bill; BV zip,] Stock is Swift Energy, $2.5
bil prop etc. Mkt cap 3x END, CEO Terry Swift makes 1/3 what Transier makes &
is 3x better..I'm no pumper, but check it out. You're out of your league. matching
wits with HF's etc. Face it, you're amateurs that luv $3 stks Btw Fund's not perfect

12/26/12 STOCK PRICE $9.21. Now why would go down 12%? despite div incr.
BECAUSE EVERYONE HATES DILUTION except YKW, who rallies to it's support,
    temporalizes it with pearly words of wisdom & defends it to his dying breath. Fact is;
dilution is the great killer of stock prices, not just this stock but 75% of cos that do it.
This is one of the reasons I buy CEF's. They're not allowed. The right ones are selling
at 8%+ discount to NAV, diversified, good divs. A new fav E&P SFY,insider buying

I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT. There's no stopping the green slime. Oozed it's way to RAD MB..
Promotes ever higher prices. No facts, just, as usual mouth diarrhea Neglects to say Green
Equiy Inv unloaded 34mm sh last Oct., CFO dumped close to 2mm sh Oct,.CEO dumped 1.8mm
sh so far 2014, etc etc As usual slime totally ignored. Just to remind you of it's favorite statedment
on MB. $5 before $2.I picture it as being at the forefront of screaming fanatisc storming the bastille

  • "THE BLOB". About this green slime invading small town. In the movie they got rid of it
by sending it to Antartica - or so they thought. Movie based on real event .Suddenly slime has
reappeasred;, in sub human form .- AND posting on this MB.! See it's picture on co website.
