Wrote down $32mm GW 3rd qtr. Simply means that's what they overpaid for those facilities.
GW for sellers , BW for buyer.. . In any case I think Carlos's agenda is his personal
Monopoly game. Buy out competition at any price.Competitors are mainly old time family
owned. Probably the kids don't want it.. I've seen this strategy many times. It could take years
but if successful you can make a bundle. It may just work.

    Lists 3 breakdowns 1.Food Ingredients 2.Investor Relations 3.Industrial Ingredients.
There's a picture with each 1.1/2 pc of corn on stalk 2.Some guy eating a salad [it may be
von max] 3.A huge conveyor loading iron ore pellets in a 100 ft' high pile.. I don't get the
    connection but so be it.. I've looked at hundred of public co websites but THIS IS A FIRST;
NO NAMES of MGT PEOPLE, but at least list directors. Hey, who's running the show?
It's not all bad tho, Product description & contact info very good . But still, no execs?

and I'll say it again. RAS does not go up because of [sneakally done] excess dilution.

It's possible it helped the co - maybe. But in the FINAL ANALYSIS bad for investors
Think of it this way, rather have a 25% bigger div or 25% price appreciation

haven't you got anything better to do than stroking IT?

  • ARE YOU ASHAMED OF IT? Remember the writing over the urinal?
That's's the drama of this co. AA does $23b/qtr on 3 continents & earnings out a
few days later. These plicks on maybe $500k can't figure out what they lost almost
3 mos later? Not even an 8k - on anything. Ridiculous! I guess you all got a kick out
of the testicle bit. A little levity is refreshing.Wonder why the ah doesn't answer the
change in sentiment question? With his great "in" with the co clams up He muist
be reading the graffiti on the toilet.wall. BTW what hsppened to hot reco DWA?

    The worst ever

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Feb 21, 2014 5:19 PM Flag

I responded to your 4th qtr analysis & complained aout mgt indifference to stockholders.
You replied a s/l of statistics about how far the co has come since 2 1/2 yrs. And that is so.
I checked this 2 1/2 yr ago, Aug 2011 stock was about $4 [low for the yr] I questioned you
why the 2 1/2 yr time frame, why not , say 3 yrs. Feb 2011 stock was $10 [high for the yr]
If you bought then bragging rights are irrelevant, since you're still a loser. You dismiss my
question like," well, that doesn't count And I say you pick & choose to fit your agenda.
I wasn't trying to trap you, you did it yourself
But the ones who really got trapped were the victims of mgts deceitful handling of the capital
raises. No warning, no offer for stockholder participation, nothing just Pearl Harbor events.
Not responding to my question reminds of scribbling over the urinal "What are you looking up
here for, are you ashamed of it?'" But you WILL respond - u can't help it. Just make it sensible"

Traded 2.34 mm sh. 4x daily volume. Is it possible shorts are triggering selling,
maybe HFT's banging this around. It's amazing what 2 guys & a computer can do.
what with there algorithms & all. Or maybe disappointed shareholders clogging
the exit door. I'd love to buy - just waiting for selling to run its course . Opinions?

Something on the bal sheet I don't understand - Retained Earnings
    2012 - deficit $910k .... 2013 - deficit $1,256m
And please stop judging my trading. You castigate my trading as "dumb". How do you know
what I trade, are you omniscient? I trade some 30 stocks. RAS is a very minor holding.
In the case of RAS i go in & out regularly as do you. I have never taken a loss on RAD
And why do single out a specific time frame like what happened 2 1/yrs ago? It's true stock was
about $4 8/2011,but conveniently left out that was the LOW of he year Why not 3 yrs ago, Feb 2011
stock was over $10. See what I mean? Pick & choose, whatever serves your purpose. And one
more thing, you don't have to remind me about the financial statistics and, for that matter trends. I
read this stuff fine, although in the case of this stock it sure ain't easy. Anyway no hard feelings &
wish you well. And please do respond, especially about that 2 1/2 yr deal

Once again you insist in pointing out every and any positive spin you can dream
up. How about the fact stock hit over $9 Dec last year, then got whacked mainly
because of dilution to $6.16 and blasted up to $9 jan this yr. and what about
these colossal write-downs you pooh pooh like nothing REALLY happened or
the fact BV declined $200 MILLION y o y and is now down to $635mm [incl pfd] .
which probably translates to $7/sh LESS FUTURE DILUTION,etc etc. You dismiss
these things like just an annoying mosquito that will go away. FACT IS the ONLY
thing that counts is what YOU want. I don't believe in character assassination but
in your case I'll make an exception, you are one conceited pompous putz

I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT! Foulger posting all over tne board. Everything's fine. The water
is warm. Great results.YOU ASK What are you complaining about? Just this - if the MF's
hadn't screwed the stockholders with their private placements & DILUTED THE S OUT OF
THIS STOCK WE'D BE OVER $10 NOW, MAYBE MORE.But as usual your love affair with
this co still clouds your judgment. Now quit proselytizing here & go back to academia land
& educate your students. professor One more thing - Impossible as it may sound why not
swallow your pride for once & ADMIT YOU WERE WRONG. Oh, I forgot, being humble is
is not in your psyche But remember the old saying "Confession is good for the soul", why
not give it a try? BTW, it's 11 o'clock & we traded 1.4mm sh - double normal volume

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Feb 20, 2014 10:57 AM Flag

Stupid BS Mr DF. With all your surgical dissections of this co you still can't see the forest for
the trees. MY PREDICTION WAS FOR A YEAR NOW That DILUTION will suffocate this stock.
Your reaction - like Alfred E Neuman [the face from Mad Comics. You know "What, me worry?"
I swear you remind me of an alcoholic in denial. I'm not so interested in proving myself right and
you wrong, your certainly smarter than me. No, the market does that for us..And it certainly did
so today. For all your intelligence, etc I don't know why you continue with every & any positive spin
& generally interpret it as "good" for the company . Wake up already, you ain't so correct, Well,
who can blame a guy in love? So far today cost you 3/4 yr in divs & maybe $100k CL Yeah, I know.
Today's pos spin - golden opportunity to load up

hi don I may be that stupid that I don't want to bankroll anything without something
coming back - but WHEN? While these guys build out their "Highway to Hell" investors
are going bust. The money they raised [AND THEY'RE NOT FINISHED] .has only bought
STAGGERING losses! The GW bridge took 3 years to build & they put in tolls. I fail to
understand how ANY co except maybe biotech that generates $334mm rev [2012] loses
$101mm [$65mm after taking out depr]. i find it difficult to support somebody's vision &
getting kicked in the asz, while he lives large. When co went public they made it sound like
this is G-d's gift to America, or should I say Pickens.. With this co it's always manana; UPS,
Westport,. Cummins, LNG, Russia, new sta's,. the gingerbread man etc.I've had it!

  • boxcompany1 by boxcompany1 Feb 12, 2014 2:42 PM Flag

Sell stock + borrow money = Losses. Sell more stock + borrow more money = more losses.
Total to date -$300mm.. That's Hot S. 17mm shares short - can they be wrong about this co.&
it's losing ways. It's promises and pr's that fuel hopes. Stockholders have been taken for a long,
slimy ride to nowhere while awaiting like groupies for [a dirty word by CLNE standards] -
PROFITS. Or doesn't that count? Oh well, there'll be another hype pr & another and another
