I agree with you about the covenants. The convertible has debt ratios written into it also. I would not be surprised if HK has violated at least one of them. I am a bag holder here. So don't be calling me shortie. I have 22K shares at a much higher price.

    Fas:
You know how I love to read/research. I have been slogging though the "Mitrokhin Archive" for the last month. Americans are so numb to "news" that nothing in this book makes a headline. I have finished "Disinformation" and headed straight into more unpronounceable and indistinguishable Russian names. There is anti-virus software that uses heuristics to set off the alarm. Rather that look for specific code snippets it is.........if it acts like a virus it probably is a virus......we don't need to know the specific code, we can draw conclusions from what it does or is trying to do. If we applied the same logic to the headlines on US websites we would find that the cold war had a hiccup for 18 months when Yeltsin was in power. Russian and China now have direct access to our citizens. No need for cloak and dagger or tanks etc. The battle is on and we are totally open and vulnerable. Might make a good movie plotline. Or..........
