I agree. This is a great idea, combined with some real positives that like so many like it out there, will need some money to show it for what it is. Unfortunately, would be suitors know precisely that, and are willing to have the company and it's initial investors suffer all the risks and all the sweat and toil in making the science happen. Then, when nearly everything is exhausted, -- money, talent, faith -- the "knight in shining armor" swoops in an buys the company for little more than, or often even less than, the investment of the initial shareholders. To me, this biotech stuff is a crock of S___T. It makes large pharma even more wealthy, and the managements of the small companies are complicit in shaking down the small initial shareholders. Rigged game like pretty much everything else on Wall street these days.
Yeah, hard to say what this POS is doing...one thing for sure is that we'll be the last to know. For all of science being talked about on the board, it still remains a raffle ticket, IMHO. If the institutionals want to crush it, they can; if management wants to see the stock sell off so that their friends can buy in, it will drop. Quire frankly, I could have made a lot more money with kinda ordinary stuff over the past year or so, without having to look at this POS every day to see how it disappoints.
...just another day in the life of a SYN Long. Merciless manipulation, and no news of a partner. I guess the retail guys are to be starved out of existence...they sure are doing a good job of it!
...anybody know who this is?
That was pretty uncalled for, I was starting to wonder if that was actually you, Liz... That said, Oh please snark at me, ohhhhh, that's it, oh please do that again... ohhhh.... I like the new you! What are you wearing?
ROFLMAO!! I love it, and so aptly said. This stock is so hated because of its trading patterns and the people who profess to love it, but then trade it as readily as a hotwife in heat.
on the kind of news we got today. Today it's not even 5%. Wow-factor is gone out of this stock--
Pretty much every blowout dog stock that I have owned has been an AMEX listed stock....hadn't really thought about it till now, but I think the MM's are crooked on AMEX. SYN will be the last AMEX stock I will ever own.
OK Captain Obvious -- News is always coming, and it's always good or bad and unknown before it comes out. The price range is always set by the MM's -- that's their job after all.
Thanks for another "insightful" post. I'll get back to calling the pigs again....
When is this pig gonna bounce back above 2.325 and once it's done that, when is it gonna climb to these lofty new heights everybody is taking about? Wish I would have put more money into the oil and oil services stocks than I did-- heck, I'm actually making money doing that. Give me money, &%$#-you, SYN!!
Shareholders should sue the hedge fund....or convince Anonymous to cripple their website ;-)
God, you guys with the red thumbs down need to lighten up. I'm sure you've all got what you put into this stock out again and are working with gravy money. That said, why not wait for the reckonin'?, or just sniff knowingly into the air like my feline friend, Kitty Cabbage, and wait to see double digits, or square-root club...it's a rush either way, right?
Agu, you keep playing the $#@% pessimist, I'm gonna stamp you off forever as a closet shortie working on behalf of The Street, and some people of the feline persuasion who shall remain nameless.
Yes, you have indeed learned very quickly the ropes of technical trading. Bravissimo!! Or are you the cat who has been swatting around the ball of yarn all this time, hmmm? (can you hear my Cheshire cat grin asking you this question?). I laid out a saucer of milk, and lo and behold, we get a meow from Kitty Cabbage?
Thstop,!!! Thstop!!! I need to figure out the 10th harmonic on the estimated probability curve that everybody is lying and....and..... just THSTOP!
If Trump gets the majority of delegates but not the nomination, I wouldn't rule out that he goes it alone. Bernie is too nice a guy to go it alone; I wouldn't be so nice-- I would threaten the corrupt Democratic Party bosses with the scourge of Donaldism if they didn't love me to the point of giving me the candidacy...
I also didn't get a decent answer to my question! You minions are starting to slack!!
That's a good thought (calling my friends in Jersey)-- the rest is rubbish. Hillary? Good grief. At $225k/speech I highly doubt that she'd bring "critical intraspection" to the topic of hedge fund manipulation. And Schumer? Well, hard to figure out if his granddaughter or he is the bigger comic...BTW, Hillary and "effective" don't seem to go together very well -- lack of tangible evidence from what I can tell...
the worst? It would be good to a least get an idea-- counterattack where appropriate.
