Why not? The stock has been moving up on very positive revenue trends and fell because of rumor and inuendo. It looks cheap to me and has held up well since the initial reaction.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Shorting into a financing is forbidden and is clearly stated in the subscription documents of every and any financing. Terrapin is long the stock and for good reason.
Hello Frank and Sgt Jerry--long time, I know. I feel for Jerry, my friend who lives in Lindenhurst on a canal is still without power. The entire first floor of his house was submerged so they are gutting everything. I was without power for four days, but I'm on the North shore (grew up on the south shore) so was protected. What happened to the media coverage??
My #$%$ was pulled out of the fire in BMTI with the Wright acquisition. I sold yesterday and will not look back. The merger terms are too convoluted.
I lost the last bit of hope that this country's citizens had ANY common sense after Barry and the Clowns beat Mitt. Where are the fiscally conservative and socially liberal politicians? Not extreme enough for most, but just right for me....and our times.
I hope everyone is well.
Not happy with DCTH, but I can only blame myself. I was taking advantage of the pops and drops but then decided I would let it work for me---got lazy.
DCTH could very easily be a monster over the coming 3-4 quarters. We shall see, still holding my last long entry.
I am flat AMAG (trading shares) still long my LT position.
Started buying CTHR for liquidation value, looking for a 50-60% move higher by XMAS.
Long some AEG and BAC, but not for LT--looking to dump soon.
They took my AMAG trading shares just after the open. Still long a LT position, will still try to trade around it.
I never join class action suits. 99% of the money recovered goes to the attorneys. I will not help to feed that machine--regardless of the case merits.
I don't recall if i bought any PYMX in that period, but will check. Color me disappointed.
A hedge fund buddy was telling me we are tracking last years collapse. We shall see.
Over the coming 3-4 years ALL of my former practice partners (the guys who established the practice with me) will be retired. Counting myself, we will all be retired well ahead of plan. Sad state of affairs. These are dedicated docs who are being forced to retire because the system simply stinks and is getting worse.
Buyers are walking up to my trading shares, offered for sale.
You have to take ST profits to boost overall return.
I was buying some (CIG) recently, need some yield.
I was on a journey in search of Caribbean joy--found it.
AMAG outperforming the market; it's all timing.
I'm finally up in FB, finger on the sell button. A long term overall market malaise would not surprise.
I hope you guys are all well.
Unable to borrow ROSG.
The short interest numbers are old, the shorting began when the offering was announced. Low float can kill.
I'll watch it.
AMAG showing great relative strength, someone accumulating.
I'm looking to SHORT (ROSG), not go long. Looks like some type of scam or short squeeze.
"All hail Maryland" Happy?
ROSG announced a financing at $3.50 and the stock has rocketed over $8.00. I would think if you can short the stock, it should slide lower eventually. Unless I am missing something, this is a low float squeeze.
What do you think?
Looks like there is strong support at the $7.00 level and why should Greece hurt BAC? All of the indicators that more directly impact BAC's bottomline have improved.
Tight stop but I think we move higher from here.
Just sharing ideas.
PYMX: Anti-coag trial ended.
I didn't invest a single cent in PYMX for anti-coag, but I feel a little foolish for not selling some when I was up a multiple. Hubris hurts sometimes because with micro biotech you just never know what could be coming around the next bend in the road. Ouch.
I have plenty of stock, but this will hurt because of future dilution. I have a feeling someone will steal them for under $1.00 now. Hubris.
$16 makes sense to me and in the current investing environement, I want all the downside protection (cash) that I can get.
I need to review the PYMX release, the stock price says not good.
Two points: Cash is our cushion (how far can it really fall from here), the new CEO doesn't necessarily end the sale possibility.
Should work it's way higher after it settles down.
