It has net cash of $2.90. The stock price reflects its ability to generate Revenue & Profits. It has not shown that ability in the last One year. Users are leaving especially in US. Expenses Quadrupled while revenue may have gone up 40% at best. It is just an AD agency. It can NOT produce revenue with out depending on users buying those ADs. Users are reluctant and moving away. It should be trading at 10 or below until proven.

As of today I'm down over $7,000 on FB. Pure stupidity and greed on my part!

1.50 Billion shares long point to lower prices as FB heading south. Technicals looks HORRIBLE. Users are leaving especially in USA. Big boys are dumping as more NEW shares are released. Zucker is incompetent and egoistic-has no ideas how to monetise. Insiders are FREE loaders and has no idea what they are working on cause there is no direction from the top-that is sense I am getting from lower level employees. This ship has no direction, no rudder and sinking FAST.

1st U will not see 30 before 20. Forget 30, sell now & buy back in teens. 2nd Melissa is not interested coming to FB under Zucker-egoistic hard headed guy. She is at the top there-what is the reason to take up 2nd position for her? FB may see single digits before SHAREHOLDERS file law suits - CLASS ACTION against Zucker and his HYPE.

EPS for the Q ended will come below expected due to higher expenses. FB will be below 20 in MAY of this year. Zucker & Sandberg already made Billions. FB idea is stolen by Zucker from friends. MZ screwed IPO buyers. Screwed bankers, screwing retail buyers with HYPE. FB has no products to sell. It is not even worth $10. It has $2.90 net cash and a website. Users are dwindling. The numbers that reported by MZ are FAKE. Soon ADs revenue will start declining just like USERS.
