Really? Maybe you read better than you listen. The excerpt below is from the transcript.

To the extent that we can David, yes, I can tell you right now that at least one contract that’s been signed in oil and gas somewhat allows us to issue a press release if we can get it through their legal department, but we can’t. Therefore, we can’t issue press releases. So, I guess the answer to your question is maybe if conditions allowing, but we would attempt to do so. I can tell you as an example we signed a contract yesterday with a third-party and we won’t be announcing that. So, there are conditions that permit us to make announcements and there are conditions that do not.

Note the words oil and gas in the transcript.

Listen to the CC. They signed a contract last week. The process was also explained that Isogens have to be installed during planned down times for plants. This lengthens the process.

What this come down to is whether you trust management. Clearly you do not. I think enough was said during the CC to make me believe that ERII is an interesting speculation. Everyone who is interested in this stock should listen to the CC.

Your constant posting dilutes your message. BYW

Shorts have had their day in the sun. I imagine they will take some off the table going into the Analyst day. Everyone should at least listen to the CC and make their own decisons. Message boards are for entertainment.

I think we have gotten the message with your endless postings. Management sent a message when there was no guidance at the beginning of the year. Duh.

ERII is a spec stock, but their balance sheet gives them more time to try to pull it off in the O&G field. That is my thesis. And the desal business isn't going away.

Who said I bought at 7.70? My post is just to counter your declaration that it should sell for a dollar. Why don't you address the reasons I think it won't sell for a dollar.

This is somewhat laughable thinking this company will sell for a dollar when there is no debt and forty cents in cash per share. it was telegraphed that earnings would be bad when the company gave no guidance. so how can a company miss guidance when no guidance was given.

OK. every long is unhappy. But net cash was positive. Receivables are down. Desalination is NOT disappearing. That is nothing but hyperbole. The CFO leaving is a negative. High short interest is a negative. Director stock purchases are a positive.

The board is in an uproar with everyone selling. That can be a contrary indicator for better times ahead. I will wait to hear the CC.
