Alu has a hard time increasing business.....so best thing is to cut Expenses....but nothing stands out,,,seems like they are over staffed everywhere,,,,,just tell all dept managers you want a 10% cut in head count.....................

You have been here a long time,,,,,great news on products,,terrible news on sales and revenues....it does not add up.....you would thing cutting a Billion Expense would be quick and easy,,,,,but nothing is easy with ALU

Combs needs to cut 1 Billion from Expenses,,,,250 Million Euros per qtr,,,sounds simple...but obviously its Not.......That may mean cutting 10 ,000 workers,,,but from where?,,,There Obviously is no Division that stands out as being Terrible,,,,,if there were you would just get rid of it......The problem is across all lines of business,,,,thats what makes it difficult....Alu has a growth strategy and a cut back strategy,,,,,,Competition will not allow alu to raise prices
