Doesn't look like investors think much of their strategic review. Everyone looking for a buyout but they just can't say that is their strategic plan. They have to at least appear it is business as usual. I don't understand the sell off unless it is ex board members dumping their buyouts or a big fund selling out it's bio stocks because of the weak IBB. Hate to see it though. Just when things were looking pretty rosy.
Yea, What management. I especially like this part. "It offered an extra half a percentage point of yield to compensate for all the confusion, according to Bloomberg's Boston and Sridhar Natarajan". Why not throw them a full percentage point. What does it mater right? Small has to go.
Yea, I was going to say that about another contract. Would they have to cancel each time? Got to admit it ebbjay. The stock price is reacting as if you are right. Also the fact that absolutely no one, not the Street, Zacks, Bloomberg, and any other article coming out, has anything good to say and that has me very worried about my long position. At this point I wouldn't mind seeing a change in management. I have lost confidence.
LOL. Must be the old trick of selling. Here that #$%$ all the time. That said, it may be time for the other old trick. Buying. We shall see.
I wonder how much money it cost them to cancel the first one and now re-issue. Also, do you think their credibility has been hurt and now they will have to pay an even higher interest. We will see soon but it doesn't seem to pass my common sense test. Maybe I am missing something.
I seldom respond to other posters but here goes. Probably the last time so enjoy. I am not smart enough to understand the technical part of this company. Maybe not smart enough to understand much anymore. I do understand common sense and logic. This is what I have to rely on I guess. Robear seems pretty smart on this stuff. He has a lot of facts that seem logical. They sounds right but you have some points also. I would like to hear from some of the other posters. Elsondie and a few others had some good comments but haven't posted in awhile. I have become shall we say anxious with this management. They led us to believe the company would become profitable this quarter or next and it isn't close. I agree, AA lawsuit was a fiasco and I don't like these pre-announced contracts that aren't finalized. Few other things to. I don't think they are getting any respect especially with big funds. I think Mr. Small needs to accept responsibility for this. Something just isn't quite right and this is evident in the share price. That's all it comes down to. Who is right will be determined, I believe, very soon and the share price is going to move. A lot. I am betting up right now. Again, I think you both have some pretty good points. Unfortunately, your soft bashing and name calling overshadow your intelligence. If you grow up a little, you may become believable and get some to follow your short position.
Exactly right. Anyone following this stock and traded it has made a lot of money. I have made my share. Any shares holding for a long term gain have been a little disappointing to say the least. I hold some of those also. I and a lot of shareholders, I am sure, have been nervous over the last couple months. I have questioned the direction of the management as of late. I don't know how a company can assure it's shareholders that their investment is secure? Sometimes it is a crapshoot but in this case I am a believer. Keep up the good work robear.
Looks like we have an elephant answering these bashers. About time someone with this kind of knowledge came forward. I know I don't have the smarts for these kinds of answers. THANK YOU ROBEAR.
Well you have to hand it to him. He is vigorously pursuing what he believes is right. Personally, I would be a little careful in this regard. I would not want to go up against a billion dollar company with access to high powered attorneys even if I was right which I believe is iffy in his case. You can be an irritant and get by with it but if you push to hard they, they won't sit idly by. I would be afraid they would sue me and then what would I do? Best case, my wife would kill me. Worst case might be they bankrupt you. I don't know. Sometimes you need to take a stand in what you believe.
Denner knows what he has in ARIA. He has had a plan all along and everyone knew that first on his list was to remove Harvey and the rest of the board and replace them with people in line with this plan. I don't believe anyone but Denner has any influence directly or indirectly on he wants to do. He knows exactly what he wants and has total control at this point. If anyone wants to believe what any message board poster has to say over what Denner and his legal team does, so be it. I am in this because of Denner and the science and am happy with the way things are going. I am hoping Denner has a sale or partnership in store soon and I am sure some people will take responsibility for that too. We are all in it for the money, long or short.
I was going to say that but didn't want to say anything negative. I've been very downbeat on the company lately. I should have invested in corn. At least that grows once a year. LOL May not live till 2019.
They should take the 12.00 in profits and buy back 6 shares. What a company and why would anyone even be in the stock market. Out of this junk soon.
Didn't we have all delta aircraft before. I keep seeing these contracts and additional planes but it seems like it is old news. Are they just changing to the new faster internet and making announcements like they are new contracts? You just can't try and fool people with this stuff.
Here we go again. Now funds are openly vocal about shorting it. When do we get some good news that actually moves the stock up. Starting to think they should just sell this company.
