After listening to their corporate conference calls over the past 2-3 years I honest;ly believe this is one of the safest and quickest ways make money in small Bios. This company could go it alone without a big effort, but I think there's a 80% chance the are acquired mid-2014 - YE 14.
I believe your words may ring true sometime in 2014. I don't know about 12 weeks,…perhaps 18 is a more realistic possibility. In any event 18-22 by this time next year is possible. I have taken a position.
Might Intel be investigating a serious and very large acquisition that better positions them within PC sales, but much, much more importantly propels them into much faster and more lucrative markets, such as handhelds, etc?
Good vote of confidence.
I like the diversification and potential the PSS Division gives this company and its shareholders.
Yawn… wake me when trial settlement is reached or ruling is given the court,
In the meantime, back to where we were after CHMP approved (22 countries) and EU approved (27) = 4.30.
Generic OxyContin and Purdue's OxyContin = DEATH. Purdue was found guilty in Fed Court of intentionally marketing the drug where it never should have been. As a result many thousands of kids have died and are still dying and families are being torn apart.
Hearsay, is not admissible in court and Yahoo Message boards have much higher standards
Next on the stand?
Don't ask me. Very frustrating… every time I have hope they get accounting and legal behind them.. another shoe drops. This company desperately needs to have focus, direction and PROFITABILITY. Honestly, wish they'd find a miracle buyer today so they can decide for me, but I doubt that's happening until they reduce some businesses and debt and increase profits AND show several Qs of substantial progress and NO more accounting missteps and legal #$%$. I am on the fence myself. Probably give them at least other Q or two to see.
I should have said... increase credibility... I have not read your many past posts, so I cannot speak of their accuracy, but I will read some recent posts of yours. I know a number of people in senior positions in Banks (president) and investment firms and they'd never be caught dead posting on Yahoo. I'd probably benefit from taking their lead and avoiding this place, too... although I don't work in the investment or banking field.
New here, but WOW... you expect us to believe that you run a hedge fund, yet you post on Yahoo message boards and use fowl language. Please, state your name, title, company name and fund for us all to see and then perhaps you'll increase your chances of having some credibility.
Meaningless when based on fabricated numbers, Get real. I'm holding on by one thumb just hoping someone buys this off the scrap heap so we can live another day/decade under a different umbrella, Or CEO pulls off miracles.
If not, what's another tax loss among friends.
