EA as standalone company long term?

Plenty of company's could acquire EA and this list will only get larger as gaming and streaming continue to grow worldwide... another generation of gamers/streamers coming on board every day. BO speculation is never a primary reason to buy any stock (IMO), hover I own EA (and GME) and may take this opportunity to add a little EA during tax selling YE15.

Situations like these, with MHR, where CEO's so confidently tell shareholders one thing/, when the exact polar opposite is happening. Why my kids are MUCH smarter than I am. They have about 1/3 of their savings in stocks and the rest in rental properties. Lots of tax benefits, too!

Still trying to hold onto the that Gray had/has integrity above all else and wasn't just a good old liar and manipulator the past few quarters.

Ed - MHR aside... yes, we have a spineless president who has no energy policy and apparently has never given a rat's #$%$ about U.S. energy companies and U.S. being energy independent.

Thanks everyone, who's posts were presented with integrity over the years. To some of you, I'm sure I owe you an apology or two over the years for reading your posts too quickly or too much into them and then judging you/them harshly. Perhaps it was a time when I way off base or had a bad day that crept into my posts. In any event, to all those folks, I apologize.

There are many excellent posters here who provide objective, factual, info and thought provoking opinions. I appreciate them alt.

I don't have much of anything of value to contribute. So, from time to time, I'll just read from afar, as I wait with fellow longs for official company news what I believe will bring us all excellent returns someday. IMO, our decisions to buy and patience to hold, no matter what the PPS will be rewarded.

Best wishes and happy holiday season to everyone here, the KERX team, and the families they help!

I don't see anything of substance about MHR more than self-promoting Zack so you'll sigh up for their services. I'm holding, but I don't see anything to read into here.

Nice to a read a post that looks at this situation as a glass half-full rather than half- empty. You've presented well. Never thought I'd be in this place today with MHR, so for now, I'd be not only relieved, but ecstatic if this type of scenario were officially announced within the next 10 days and executed soon after.

Gary has been through three other serious downturns. Hoping he has one more left in his tank, for the sake of EVERY MHR shareholder and their families.

Reality is at $00.30s my shares have gone to zero, so if BK happens it happens. Although other CEOs have been know to lie, most have done so without sitting on land, energy, and transport assets... they were high-tech company that had old, useless technology or were mostly house of cards to begin with. While MHR may be tightrope balancing on a razor blade, they still have hope. The banks have hing in with them and their assets can only drop so much. Maybe I'm the fool, but have faith in Gary and that his recent hire, Keith, didn't join just join to be co-captian on a life raft for a few pay checks and worthless stock options. I realize the end could be near. And am I concerned, of course I am. But my chips were placed years ago. Whatever the outcome, I home I learn something from this. - Best to longs!

Relax... seas might remain choppy for a while, but the KERX boat has a new captain and first mate on the board that will eventually lift any anchors holding us back and move us swiftly to calmer waters and paradise. Put these shares in a sock draw, set your alerts for official company news and quarterly updates... relax and enjoy the holidays....

The funds must dispose of all share before YE15, that's all we know. They exact number remaining is anyone's guess. Good news is that that's over and done with in 75 days.

New COO gets 2 million shares to vest in thirds by 9/1/18. Good.
As he stated they rebuild the company.
Sell pipeline, reduce debt, better manage costs, headcount, get not one but two JV in different areas by YE15.
Maybe surprise us and sell remaining oil areas when price is right.
As NG prices eventually slowly rise. I can wait for a NEW U.S. President and Fed Gov Administration supporting better energy policies.

Perhaps get some truck fleets to adopt Nat Gas
I'll wait for all this and the PPS to rise back above $10 to mid-teens someday, before they entertain selling the co. Glass half-full and rest full of Nat-gas : - )

    - Happy Labor Day MHR LONGS!
