Of course you might want to take into consideration that marijuana has also been illegal...so too make a profit would of landed them in prison. But now the laws are changing. So here's a question, why would a company spend 21 million dollars? What, they just have money to burn? Or they are positioning themselves? Hmmm, I'm surprised you didn't bring up shares outstanding. Which I would also say that there has been no other way for these companies to raise capital because it's been illegal for banks to lend to them. But those tides are also turning. you have to throw the standard business model out because it's completely different here. And lastly, why would their stock plummet? Because....you think the marijuana industry is going to fail?? hahahahahahaha.
From my understanding is that they have 1. worked basically hand in hand with the government to make sure that not only all regulations are simply met but far exceeded.2. They have one of the most advanced seed to sell tracking program ever developed which is one of the most important issues Canada is watching. And a couple more things but those two in my opinion....Why would the government work so closely with a start up company knowing full well exactly what they intend to grow, then the company works hard to exceed all their expectations, why on Earth would they do all that only to stop FITX in the final hour?
Because they have ruined this stock for because of their greed there is zero interest in it and noone is willing to buy their shares. So they bought a few and let it run for a second to get some new blood in there. Going straight back down. Short it by my money says you couldn't find a broker to lend shares to short to you because these crooks have them all. IMO
While I'm hopeful I also know that sometimes these positive articles can be a bad thing. Remember in order to sell large volumes of shares short they also need a large volume of buyers. If the volume isn't there they will drum up some with positive articles to increase interest and then whamo, drops like a rock. Hope that isn't the case though
I wonder if the MM"s are finally going to say man....I think we picked the wrong stock to try and play with....lets go boys...vamanos!!
Are you a moron? Do you even know how short selling works? The shares are borrowed and then sold on the open market. Sold, sold, sold, not bought. Moron. Thanks for you money.
lol, its gotta suck for j.k walters that this post keeps making it back to the top. Constantly being reminded that he was wrong. lol, 97 replies.....make that 98....:)
They are going to prison, and guess what? You worked with them....so guess who gets to share a cell with them? hahahahahhahahah, watch out for those showers!!
and seriously littleblackstinky dog. What institutional selling? 25, 000 buy and sell blocks on a stock that trades under a million shares a day. And dont think we all don't know that you work for them you little basher you.
You're right business is business. And I think I'd rather just hold my shares, because lets face it. If I really needed the money, do you think I would be investing in companies like NEWL? Totally worth it. Come on baby ZERO BOUND!!! LETS DO THIS!!
Ok let me explain how trading works. Short positions are shares that are borrowed from a broker at a specified loan amount and then those shares are sold on the open market. The short seller must then at some point BUY additional shares to give back to the broker to replace the shares borrowed. Hence if you see massive buying at the all time low than that could possibly be a short sell cover. But just massive selling would indicate MM's trying to drive the stock lower so they can cover at an even lower price. One possible scenario could be slow accumulation of a large position to add to an already large position of shorted shares, then dump those shares quickly to drive the price of the stock down.
Lol, clearly you didn't understand my last post about wont sell on principle. If I will ride it to zero out of principle clearly I can afford the hit, otherwise I would sell now and save what I could. But nah, They at least aren't going to use my shares to make money.
I love it. Probably one of the most pleasurable things in the world is watching shorts lose their life savings. Trying to play it like the big boys thinking they are one. Hahahahhaha, its laughable. It's like someone opening up a casino in their basement because they see vegas making money.
My apologies to you, I should of listened to you. What a garbage scam of a company. Hopefully the stock finally becomes worthless so that Hanover and crew don't have anybody willing to buy the shares they are trying to sell. And they'll hold a bunch of worthless pieces of paper due to their own greed. Their company had a promise of a future too but they're too dumb to realize that what they are doing is just hurting themselves.
Actually glenntrader. You can watch an interview with Linda and hear those words come from her directly! She said they don't release data until the FDA says they can, and you can watch it yourself on youtube.
jk. walters. Don't worry cause you are going to be ok. I know you have lost a lot of money and can't afford to cover all the shares you've shorted but everything is going to just fine. There are plenty of systems in place to help you welfare, foot stamps (SNAP is its now called), WIC, government housing. Don't worry, the taxes we longs are going to have to pay off our earnings on this stock are going to take care of you just fine.
