I wonder what really happened here?
If someone quits (resigns) or is terminated, they don't get paid to the end of the year, nor will their "Vesting" be extended an additional year.
If they signed some type of "employment agreement" there better be some wordage in that agreement that covers what their pay or benifits will be when leaving the company. If there isn't any wordage, then the wrong person is leaving.
Something is strange here.
It's almost like a "Pay-off" to keep his mouth shut.

Yooper you're righ our national debt has only risen 6-1/2 trillion since Obummer has been in office the last 4 years,,,, Let's see 6.5 x 2 terms = 13 trillion.. let me restate that in 3-1/2 years

As to who's the blame ?? is Obummers "Veto Pen" out of ink ?? or does it only work when the GOP submits a bill ?? Oh wait, The GOP never gets to submit a bill, because Harry never brings up a GOP bill.....

I want to be diversesified,,, I have $ 10,000.00 to spend,, Do I buy 100 shares of one(1) company or do I buy 1 share of a 100 companies??? Kinda like Mutual Funds.
You everyday traderes don't want to take a chance and buy just one high priced stock. Just look @ Apple. How many people invested in Apple @ $720.00/share only to have it drop to $425.00/share. That's quite a loss.
How many shares (of Apple) have you bought @ $720.00/ share or should I say how many shares of Apple would you buy if it were @ $94.00 /share or even @ $47.00/share??

Hey come on now, let's give Glen the "Benefit of the Doubt". He's probably bored sitting around collecting his $10,000,000.00 in pay & Benefits and doing nothing except flying all over the country on the Company's private jet. Come on, that must be very strenuous carrying his golf bag to & from the jet. Golf bags are heavy,, especially if they have clubs in them.
I wonder if he'll get a pay increase because he's taking on another job ? Kinda like Barry Alvarez did. I think a person that takes on two jobs deserves a pat on the back and additional pay. God only knows he can hardly make it on what he's getting paid now.. He's so poor he can't even afford to buy his own shares of MTW,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,tears!!!!!

They (the Navy) must not be too unhappy, because they gave Marinette Marine 2 more contract for those Lattoral Combat ships. That's seven (7) ships since MTW sold their Marine div.. Not to mention all the new business Bay Ship has also gotten since the sale.
BAD move on "you know who's" part.

Sell the Marine div. for 1/3 it's worth (per Wall Street) & pay 200 mill more (again per Wall Street) then Enodis was worth,
I think the "IN" people should have been a congress man,,, looks like they're good @ spending other peoples money. I wonder how many of the "Boys @ the top" have spent any of their own money to buy somw MTW shares??

I think I know why the Marine div. was sold, because those ore carriers have such Blunt bows,the Boys couldn't figure out if the boats were coming or going.

I think I saw this on CNN. Where ever it was, the reporter said that in 2014 when Obummer Care kicks in and Congress + our so called President Ok's this new immagration bill, 21,000,000 people will be dumbed into our medical system, also the reported said that as many as 50,000 doctors will be retiring or quiting.

I was @ a Medical conference several years ago and I was told that only 8,000 doctors enter the medical field per year. With 21,000,000 new illeagal body's & the loss of 50,000 doctors ahead of us,,,,see how long you have to wait to see your Doctor, If you get to see him/her at all.
