Interesting history lesson. Tracks awfully close to GM and Delphi. Once Delphi got spun off, they were 100% on their own, even though the pensions were underfunded. The GM bankruptcy killed all manner of lower tier support companies but only GM direct employees were protected. Everyone else got to go plead their case to the Pension Guarantee Board. Everybody lost and were reduce anywhere from 25-60%. Legal? Sadly, yes. Ethical? Stickier wicket there. Delphi was rather foolish to step off without fully funded pensions. GM retains zero obligation to the Delphi employees...that's standard Business Law.
It's a loooong way to the water and it will hurt when you get there. Recalling many an "Abandon Ship" drills from back in the day. Long way to fall...and then add in the speed of the ship. Just too many variables trying to kill you.
OK...so maybe twice normal volume as it stands right now. Still, the main drop happened early and the it stabilized and ever recouped a bit.
No, not perfect, but not a complete disaster. That may still be on the horizon...or not. Twitchy people here.
But on the good news side, no loss till I sell.
So it has time to get worse! Or better. That said, the entertainment value of this board almost makes up for the paper loss I have right now.

basically, I mock you. At least sound different when you use a second account.
Oh, look at that, my MWA is up again! Closer and closer I move towards my independently funded retirement that no one may stake a claim on. Well, my Bride of course, but we're a team...as long as she is in charge.
Stop it...dead cat and you know it.
I do not foresee a recovery here until we get some light shined on this company.
I feel your pain...then again, let me know who you are shorting...that's probably a buy signal!
Hang in there...everybody has their one White Whale!
Not that I want to say "I'm a Genius" but....
Events of the past weekend are telling. Something is VERY, VERY WRONG with this company.
Fraud is a term that needs to be bandied about where GLDD is concerned.
Howdy All, I was too busy yesterday to follow much stock news and far to happy last night (Go Cubbies) to care but...
What happened yesterday to drive that price drop? Seeing the sharp rise this morning it almost looks like yesterday was an "oopsie"...

Hmm...wish I were a slimy executive. I could use a fine cigar and a sexy secretary to ease my mind. Guess I'll just have to content myself with this rather significant capital gain I have on my hands via MWA. I sleep well at night knowing I have this ready to go.
