That is the crux of the short dilemma. Opko longs have a 2016 time frame. All they can hope is a fund or two takes profits, retail investors like myself, Ice, Drangles will sell when OPKO is eventually sold. Not on a 2-3 dollar pop.

Some of the bigger brokerages have been adding, MS, BAC, State Street, Black Rock, last Q there was a net 1m outflow but keep in mind opko hit an all time high, so the net change was minor and for the most part small holders. Surprisingly GS is not a holder, SOO there is time for them to add, NOW.
Once these FUNDS are loaded the upgrades will follow.

This is what it will take for a real break out, and run. It will happen sooner than later.

For Those Who Missed CNBC Mad Money, Search - (OPKO A Smart Way to Speculate?)
