and approaching mine. See some companies do corporate buy backs, opk can't, lol................Frost as CEO can. Massive corporate buy backs shrink float, in fact opk has no float, well about 50 million, WOW. Musical chairs, 28 million people trying to fit in a round square. Shoe horn, my size 7.00 is now a size 12.00. It will happen. 28 million short and they need 50% of the retailers to sell, LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL. A steak, cracked crab, and lobster diner all around.
Not saying OPK cannot hang weak for a little while, but the exit strategy is about as tiny as that eye of the needle that big old camel tried to pass through. Only difference this time, there are 28 million camels, or donkeys. Turn on TV, action 8, channel 4, channel 7, NEW PROSTATE test to revolutionize and save countless lives, a small start up in Miami, with a GLOBAL footprint plans on making this the go to test for PC care.........
Mike, just sell, or stop asking questions, you are as bad as the robo pumper moron. The benefit if you sell, you no longer post, if you are robo pumper, two birds are gone. This board is worse than a computer virus you enhance the blight. The sad part, you could just need meds, u & robo cop. HeY Frost, any cure for these dopes.
one moron thinking he is all that important, sell and get lost.
U sir are an idiot, DF will make money every year, there is no doubt. At a point in time maybe DFA buys DF so we have one national supplier, but as of today DF supplies the bulk of the nations milk and makes money. Df has almost no debt left, the bulk of earnings was still the milk division not wwav.
How R U valuing this company with only 100k land lines, I remember when U bought, I still have those buys in a portfolio, though you might not own any of them at this point, I know you did well here. I found this too risky but then I own OPK which is my one spec, more or less. I am in in the 3.75 range so will hold for a few more years. Have been buying BAC on weakness, should have loaded WAY WAY lower but waited for most litigation to be done. Where u think ott ends up after bk, is it too late to buy here, at 25 m market cap and under 100k lines seems expensive to me. Then again alsk has less lines higher cap, so, but then alsk is safer from competition.
I have no position, and based on a per line valuation, feel I should stay out of Ott. But hope Walk and the crew make a ton here. Walk, have you looked at, studied the VZ ftr deal, and the PER line cost FTR paid? Most line COs, have a quickly eroding asset as the access lines erode, so does revenue. I believe but have not looked in a year or so that FTR paid about 3,500 per line, but within 2 years lost about 25% of those assets as people went cell. FTR is rural but the majors are putting in towers crushing the rural telcos.
I am sure you did all your DD, good luck, wish I saw a reason to take a position, but have been burned on other rural telcos in the past. On a perline basis ott makes me hesitate.
DF has slashed debt from over 5 billion 4 years ago down to 1.5 billion. Not only will they not go bk, the legacy DF will initiate a dividend by or before q1 2014. This fool has popped up on this board shorting DF at various price levels over the last few years, he claims one big options win, but has usually scurried off, quiet, as DF has drifted from 7 to 20. Talk about a fool who absolutely has no clue about DF balance sheet, even after initiating several losing short trades. Input costs GOING up, DF margin going down, has been his down fall because he believes that myth. DF reprices their milk up or down holding margins within a couple pennies a gallon. This is done every month. Though MILK as a beverage has been in a decline for about 20 years, it is still a staple. Worry when the school systems serve coke or pepsi for lunch instead of milk, lol, that is the backbone OF DF sales. So as sales might decline 1-2% a year over the next decade, cutting a route here or there, or consolidating a plant here or there is all they need to do. BK talk, you U R A BIGGER fool than I originally thought. Df has a covenant in their debt that has prevented a dividend until certain ratio levels were met, they have more than surpassed those covenant levels, and good to go.
Not saying a R split is anything to get happy about but it will make for a larger dividend per share, and a greater number of WWAV per share down the road, WWAV should do well.
Recognize years of basing at 4, no gains in several years, or even losses. The recent move is dramatic, but deserved, years of zero stock gains, or losses, and now averaging about 15% a year from the prior two year peaks, well, is not a run away price. Not with this pipeline. I might be off on my math a tad, put get the point.
Prices
ProstateCheck £180 to £210
Follow-up appointment £175 to £250There is no VAT on these services
This is what is charged by our International health Technologies, they have exclusive in England, Ireland, Scotland. So conversion is 274- 320. I expect per test a similar US pricing.
I for one would like to see pricing in the 70-80 range. I believe at that price NO ONE will use PSA as a preliminary test, and opt for 4k straight up.
Good find, and this likely is in part why they will not be at asco, the events overlap. Opko has been doing Jefferies for at least 2-3 years. You can sign up for ASCO 2014 for a booth a year in advance. Not sure if that was the case with OPK, and a reason from them to cancel to do Jefferies, but it is a thought.
Yes they were there and listed as of 1:39 am this morning. No the event is the 30th-4th, so 9 days early is not last minute. There are tons of reasons why they might decide to cancel most are good.
Strange because as of last night they were listed as booth 5045, and also in the directory. I went back minutes ago to check floor plan and directory and they are not listed. Booth 5045 is now listed as one of only a handful of empty booths, so I guess OPKO pulled out? No way to be 100% certain even with a call to investor relations. Outside chance they changed booths but that would not explain deletion from registery.
Opko booth number is 5045, they are there, go look a little harder. Not sure if they are doing a presentation, but they are at the event.
Frost is building this as Key and Ivax. So a sale here not likely for a FEW YEARS, Opko will be EARNING money, growing revenue, have a few more patent libraries, etc trading in the 20-50 range. He will not even try to sell OPKO, BUT will be approached because of the pipeline.
Opko will be at ASCO both 5045 May 31 through June 4. This is the second in about 8 weeks, more like getting word out on 4k to the industry.
Yes a shill or learning impaired, or a poser. I figured severely impaired and gave the benefit of doubt, my gut says a shill poser.
Click on EVERY LINK, go back to opko website, click on careers, if you check back every week you will know when jobs are filled. First find and study Claros and then our lab. See if you recognize jobs that are OUR LAB, see if you recognize jobs related to Claros. See if you can figure how they are 4k related.
See, It is all reading, but Mike got me to hand deliver, so much for giving my Pay Pal account number now. Opko had trouble hiring qualified staff at the Mass facility, so I anticipate a slight delay in launch, but so far no updates, so I have to figure by 30th June.

Mike do yourself a favor, go to the opko website and click on EVERY link you can find, and READ. Hint, if you look at both Jan presentations, it gives approx launch dates for ALL of OPKO's current pipeline. If you follow enough links you will visit some investments, new divisions, maybe be redirected to England for some news there. Expecting others to do your work is wrong, I charge, I take paypal, not bit coins. I expect a full report on the OPKO state of affairs, their pipeline, balance sheet, patents owned but not in development, license agreements, royalty schedules, one time payments, number of employees, countries where opko has operations or partnerships and so on. By next week it is hoped you know more about OPK than most who post here. You might want to also look at IVAX and KEY pharma, to see the strategy Frost Employed developing those companies. Good luck
