Keep the faith. Here's someone who probably bought a
few hundred shares with his beer money and got
burned. If they don't own the stock why are they here?
All they have to do is sell and move on Or better yet
sit back and wait. This stock is not dead by along

announcement of de-Reiting, new management and of new equity
investors at the $6.50 level. Speculative purchase is
strongly recommended at current levels for a move to $10
in 2000. The stock stumbled because of the REIT
conversion, poor management and the inability of the company
to borrow enough money to fund their large
distribution requirements. By converting to a C Corp these
problems have all been resolved. The management will leave
and the company will receive a needed infusion of
debt and equity. The equity investors, who are paying
$6.50 per share, will surely expect $10.00 plus from
their investment. CCA is the biggest player in their
field and we don�t expect the industry to disappear.
