PHK's biggest investors want to know who wrote the article and where did the data come from. Obvious market manipulation by someone who admitted being short.
This kind of misinformation attempting to manipulate a stock price is pretty common with PHK. I remember two years ago Barron's publshed a negative article also and the stock dived. They just can't get enough of the premium and attack it repeatedly. But it recovered after six months or so. Still,the people that do this unjustly should be investigated and fined if it is found that their contentions are false.
ARR has been the subject of bashers as well. Same thing....the premium is too high.
I hope those that sold yesterday are getting their just do by the price rising today.
