justinvesting222, switchcrete, nyguy, white knight and a few others post the facts about what's happening with Plug. Thanks for all your digging and I appreciate you people keeping us LONGS up to date. Keep posting the facts up top. This company is in rapid growth mode, sooner or later, investors will notice Big Time and they will no doubt pay more. Day to day ticks do not matter to me since I'm a long holder 3-5 years to be exact. Sooner or later, Its going up without a doubt, because of zero emissions, and no CO2 (carbon monoxide free energy is what the world wants and needs for mother earth to survive in the long haul. Period.
7 of 9 sectors were down yesterday. 1 was even. And your denying that fact? It was a very down day in the market yesterday, and is shaping up like that again today. Looking to my right, its mostly red in the world markets right now.
wrong, the market did crash. And you know that there is a Fed meeting this afternoon. Or maybe your not keeping up on the news in the market.
Nothing to do with Plug. Investors again are jittery over the Fed raising interest rates. What's new? I just read that solar companies (mainly in china) cant even keep up with demand. Some, such as Trina, the second largest solar producer in China are at 100% capacity and are falling behind. So it looks like the world does want green energy. Thank U Plug for zero emissions and no CO2 in the atmosphere. All solar stocks were down big in the market yesterday. So tell me that makes any sense at all.
I'm actually in the process of putting together my own small solar array of 320watts to run my 20 x 10 shed in the backyard. That's how much I like green energy. The earth can only take so much CO2 (Carbon Monoxide and the earths climate is slowly heating up. The sun comes in and heats the earth, the CO2 does not let the heat escape, and therefore we heat up. This is a major problem and must be turned around before its too late. Not in our lifetime, but in the lifetime of our grandkids, and their grandkids. Big oil and all other fossil fuels burning and spewing black from smoke stacks all over the world into our air we breath will eventually have no choice but to stop. And that day is coming sooner than we think.
On another note, Apple CEO said it still plans use GT Advanced Sapphire screens in the near future, yet GT down over 7% and still dropping.
to the top, Plug will be a conglomerate shortly.
Like you said, don't let a keyboard steal your shares. Hold on tight.
Marsh said they would break even by Q3 or Q4 and turn a profit in the new year. Honda was added as a new customer last Q. They have 168million in cash as of end of June . They are not burning through money like they were in the past. So, now that he has done everything he said so far, why doubt him when he says 115-120 million in bookings by end of September? I believe there is a major order coming around the corner. Just be patient.
oh come on, that was funny, NO?
That's why I took up Yoga...hahaha.
I don't expect many watches to be sold. People want mainly I- phones. Looks to me like Apple is running out of ideas. GT heading to low 9's it looks like. Who's got a band aid?
I would never buy a battery car, no matter how much money I had. I hate waiting for charge to go somewhere. I would use gasoline before battery. But that's me.
3 weeks till the end of September, don't sweat it shorts, I'm sure it will be fine.....lol
At 29mins, 45secs in, Marsh states they were at 87million in bookings at the end of Q2 and expects to be at around 115-120million by end of September. As the recording goes on to around 30mins-20sec's, Marsh states, and I quote, "a deal could move the needle 30 million dollars instantly overnight" and he sounds quite confident when he says that.
So Shorts, tell me this. Why all of a sudden are you sweating so much?
ID just made today. That's what I'm talking about. This id is now on my ignore.
You really think anyone who knows anything at all about this company will sell their shares because of your insane bashing posts?? Get a freaking life man. Get outside and enjoy the weather. Go build something in the garage. Or find a stock you like and make some money. You might learn something.
Good, that's great to hear. I still smoke but I use those nic-out filters you put on the cig. I have a couple vaporizers but never really gave them an honest try.
Imagine the conversations we could have if we were all sitting around a table in the backyard with a few pints.
I friend of mine pulled this article from the Toronto Star to read just yesterday. Here are a few excerpts from the article. Though it talks about fuel cell vehicles as being the future of electric vehicles, this is all great news for a company like Plug. I can see next year being a spectacular year for this company as its rapid growth continues and investors take major notice in the future of the Hydrogen Fuel Cell
Since the 1990's, fuel cell skeptics have enjoyed the running joke. Fuel cell vehicles are the cars of the future...and they always will be. The skeptics can be forgiven their cynicism for it does seem that fuel cell boosters have forever been predicting the arrival of these miracle power plants, just beyond a horizon that never quite arrives.
Now, the joke may be on the cynics for the 2015 model year is shaping up to be the year mass production fuel cell vehicles finally arrive.
But until this year, regular retail buyers in North America couldn't just walk into a dealership and buy a FCEV. The first boatload of Hyundai Tucson Fuel Cell CUV's for retail distribution arrived at the Port of Los Angeles in May/2014. Approved Customers are able to lease the Tucson for 499/month on a 36 month lease with 2999 down. The prices include unlimited free hydrogen refuelling and Hyundai's "at your service" valet maintenance.
Hyundai says the range and refueling time of the Tucson FC vehicles compares favourable with those for gasoline vehicles. Its those capabilities that make FCEV's potentially more desirable than battery electric vehicles.
Production models for North America will be offered initially in California, but , as with Hyundai, their availability is expected to expand as hydrogen refuelling stations become more common.
Both Honda and Toyota are on track to join Hyundai with their own FCEV's for retail distribution by the end of next year 2015
