I scanned for stocks that are in bearish extreme status and this one came up, amongst a host of others. The numbers are pretty abysmal here, but am always interested in picking bottoms and waiting for the reversal. Thoughts where the bottom is here and what will attract buyers...other than the fact it is oversold?
Ok, ok...let's not get too outrageous with where this stock will be in 2015. I'd be happy with $8.00
someone bought 100 shares at $1.88 in AHs so...no it's not real. It'll get there in due time, however.
When are earnings, btw? I'll say it again...this company has a great balance sheet, look at the key stats. Twice as much cash as debt...EBITDA 11.13M...1.38 operating cash flow...where is the problem here? There is also the rumor flying around out there that Alibaba is interested in a partnership very soon. Tiny float and any news will send it thru the roof. We've already seen a bit of that already. You say pump it...maybe people are getting the message and positioning themselves for something. If that is pumping, then so be it. I don't claim to have any knowledge of this company and their history. Got a tip on it...checked the key stats...and decided it was worth a go. Been in and out once already and that turned out to be a mistake getting out too soon. So I jumped back in and expect/hope to see plenty more upside going into next week. We'll see...
What do I really know, jeb. I looked at this after a couple of experienced and reputable traders on the Lion blog alerted it, the small float and possible Alibaba deal. Big upside, they thought. I looked at the financials after the fact and was surprised at how good they looked. Chinese companies are usually SO mired in debt and this one is not...at least according to the stats on Yahoo. Let's see what next week brings. Hope the trend continues and would love to get some good news,as well.
The financials on this company are really impressive...low float...and possible deal with Alibaba around the corner. Next week should be interesting.
Good for you, Leo...people make $$$ on both sides of the game here, congrats. No position here myself at the moment, so just saying.
That's the $600,000 question...does our justice system still work. Especially when the are big players in the game with deep pockets and crafty defense lawyers...sometimes yes...sometimes no. We would all like to see David bring down Goliath here and it may be as good of a risk/reward scenario we'll get. With that being said, Google must be getting more than a little annoyed at having to deal with this aggressive little dog nipping at it's heels that refuses to go away.
First of all, LMAO over your alias, refreshing...secondly, I hope you're right about the gap up tomorrow. GL
I thought this stock was going to go ballistic and everyone has been saying how good the financials are. Zack's also issued a #1 ranking recently, which is nothing to scoff at and not an easy accomplishment, particularly for a micocap stock. What's up here and when was the quarterly report issued that was so abysmal?
after being 30-40% down, not much left to do but recover, don't you think? Sad to see this stock going back to these levels, but as I've often said on these boards, diluting shareholders is just part of the microcap game. As a holder of any stock of this price, you try to get out of the way of the bus, but often unsuccessfully. If you are the type that really believes in a company and can shoulder the loss...more power to you. I'm not one of those people and didn't hold this and lose much, but lost all the same...and it's happened more than once. Timing is everything unless you're just one of those eternally optimistic longs. GLTA
Yea, it's the age of adrenaline and the quick buck. I suffer from it too, btw because the quick buck goes more easily than it comes in my experience. A little investing can go a longer way, if you're on the right stock. GLUU is one of those IMO
