gap down and drop in price further without news?...... there is ABSOLUTELY news pending that will justify it..... it might be something wrong with one of the products......but more likely would be a round of dilution (if the company is strapped for cash)......... whoever follows the stock (i don't have time to keep up with it) would know if they're strapped for cash or not
point is..... there is a reason for this drop, and as always we will find out later after whoever already knows about it acted on it -
think about that....... think about stock boards on which you've participated that had this much animosity...... and now remember what happened with those stocks
the pattern is not an accident, it very much fits with the psychology involved... just an observation -
the law doesn't bend to whatever best suits your investment position

i was here a year ago, guaranteeing everyone there is no chance in hell that this failure of a company will hold up their end of the promise to launch surfaxin by end of 2012 or 1st quarter of 2013.... and i am as confident right now that the promises that you listed won't be carried out either...... it will be pushed back again... and they will issue shares BEFORE they ever actually sell a single round of the drug
this has happened over and over and over again for many years......
i said a year ago that i would come back again around this time and see if a trade is in order.......and i still don't see the point of investing my money into DSCO... i don't know how good the drugs are (don't remember the details of the research from when i was actually following the company).. but it if they actually have good drugs it's a total crime that they can't get their poo together and help people suffering from disease
this company is simply an abject failure and full of liars the likes of which i have not encountered in too many other companies (and i've given my money to some real failures over time (some are even bankrupt now))
but it's one thing to just be bad (and they are incompetent like no other).... but it's a completely different thing to outright lie to us and treat people like #$%$ ...
i'm still always looking for a trade though, so i keep it on my watchlist -

it better..... i'm getting an itchy trigger selling finger... thinking about taking my profits and going elsewhere.... missed a very nice trade this week, when i wanted to sell and buy another stock, that moved almost 20% next day after i chose not to do it and wait for this one to pop

a quick scroll through the posts and i don't recognize any user names...... were any of you here last year?... when i was speaking 100% facts?... it honestly felt like an atheist speaking to a church full of people...... reason and facts just didn't cut it

just a guess, but...... in a short period of time they went up 50% or so... on NO NEWS.... typical pattern it seems, some correction/profit taking... is this really a complicated one to figure out?... i also wonder (but won't bother to check) what the options look like

well, not really........ just thought i'd check in on how my predictions from last spring are holding up... haven't read a single word about DSCO but i do see that the price is still about the same (2.4 to 3 I think was the range when i was posting here)
so was i right?.. anyone here from a year ago?... did they manage to screw up the surfaxin launch that they promised by end of 2012 or first quarter of 2013?... my position was that based on their previous performance this was unlikely.... clearly we don't need to discuss the PPS with the minimal predictions of everyone being $8-10 by now (not that i exactly predicted any price, i just thought that these figures were insane)
how is the company doing on cash? anyone know?
