I began posting a new leg when replying to cb.
Every time it was caught with the its pants down the entire chain disappeared. It called me out falsely on my comments then quickly deleted the chain.
cb also deletes its id so the messages go away next posts will have a current date when they restart.
at some point cb will call a bottom and be right, you can bet that post will not go away.

REE is selling at lower and lower prices. more and more coming to market... time to look at the investment and get your report card... when you bought MCP was your intention to lose money, have you? I think that cash flow will require that they mine and produce even at a loss and pushing prices down. with luck they will just dilute some more, but in the end its a race to profitability and survive or not the shareholders will probably be wiped out and the shares reissued.
Government bailout for GM was the point the current shareholders were wiped out, GM still exists, but not the one those individuals had shares in.

I lost a ton on this one, but I am out with the last drop below $2

    repost of deleted content...
    ---------------------------------------------
Look at the chart... can anyone honestly say that they are glad if they bought during the last 6 to 36 month period... I just sold a few thousand for 1.9318 that recouped about 20% of the original investment and that's about 1.93 better than I expect I would have in another couple of years... the most likely event is some dilutive event that cripples the price but lets the issue linger on... If no taker for the new offering comes forward the bondholders will replace the current shareholders with new shares... Not guaranteed but what is
I have no desire to see people lose money... I don't like losing it either, I have dumped over 30K shares in the last couple of months... the ones I dumped at 5 caused me some separation anguish (just wanted the money in a different issue), but I thank my lucky starts and only wish I took my lumps sooner... only 5k shares left and I have them up for sale at 1.96

please mortgage your house and beat him to it... I mean with all the money you have made on MCP so far...
a 1000 dollar investment in 2011 would be worth all of 58 dollars today, hard to find better writeoffs than that.... after reviewing that I'd be confident that they will make tons of money at this point forward, I mean why confuse things with facts...

Now I see your investment strategy technique... maybe you just need to wish a little harder

Moly's losses far exceed the remaining value....

They have an investment of US$ 519.86 million that is worth less than 90 million dollars, bet they are giving great bonuses to the originators of that investment. They have lost over 400 million, bet they want some more of that action...

    46.7M/ 244.7M = 19.08% * market cap of 457.61M dollars = 87.33 million dollars

wrong again abut this too, but you are consistent at least

  • "The company had a rough going for its shareholders losing 52%, 61% and 40% (based on beginning and end of year closing prices) in 2011, 2012 and 2013 respectively, and 54% in the first six months of 2014. The loss from its May 3, 2011, intraday maximum of $79.16 to the closing price of $1.88 on July 30, 2014, is an astounding 97.6%."

    so a 1000 dollar investment in 2011 becomes $480 , 2012 = $187, 2013 = $112 and 6.5 months into 2014 = $51 dollars... thank goodness inflation is low

  • june 3 2013 I entered buying 30K shares @ $.66

I sold some @ 2.07 and 2.77 and repurchased at 1.70 to end up with 20K shares and a 40K profit.
This year I started adding at the 2.75 to 3 range... recently I have been buying 1.5K share blocks below 9.70
I also sold 160 put contracts split between aug and nov at 2.50 and 5 (before split so 10 and 20 now)

Overall I am in fairly heavy for my account value but may still add another 5K... Thing is I underestimated the impact of the R/S so I put some in play prematurely, but the shorts have really provided the opportunity to add shares at a significant reduction in cost.

Several weeks ago I analyzed the short interest additions with the AF article and they are already largely underwater... if the news is good then they will add velocity to the share price runup... If the news is bad then they buffered my losses by lowering the entry price... and the results were really the driver on the end price all along... so thanks naysayers... you have really been a help all along.

I have done my DD and placed my money where my mouth is... good luck longs

I thought I would capture this segment of the conversation as I am sure that cb will delleete his portion of the chain... in a manner similar to every other post he come off foolish in... so the post reply follows

    "

Dicey Bear always sticking out your neck with misinformation ..such an easy target to expose your ignorance...

Molymet is powerless to control MCP???

Really.......well how about a TO bid of $25 - $35 a share...that would pretty much do it dont ya think? ... Even the slightest hint of such a bid and the market maker jumps this over $20 killing all you bears with immediate market orders to buy cover most likely driving the market cap over $50 as 70 million shorts run for cover....

Thats what I call Bear justice..... .. a rumor could start this run .. stay short and stupid Dicey ! Less

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

"always sticking out your neck with misinformation ..such an easy target to expose your ignorance..." is how you start out...

    your next quote "Really.......well how about a TO bid of $25 - $35 a share" now that's a link I could find.

Are you saying that making up fantasy facts is not misinformation?

if that is the support you offer, why not 1 million a share wouldn't that be even better...

Why don't you remind us how much money you have made on MCP so far... cause in the end that's why you bought the stock isn't it? Could you have found a better entry or for that matter exit point?

ok so your logic is questionable is a fair comment if one chooses to be nice.

My thinking is that an increase in production needs to be considered along with the profitability... with all the additional production and competition... it only follows that price pressure would be downward. If production exceeds the cost of sales then 4 time the sales is a bad thing... there is more than one variable in your equation

My last 5000 shares were sold at 1.87
maybe I'll just burn a c-note every couple of hours if I miss being a shareholder
I may even buy some calls on the big drops
