INO did have a 4 for 1 split which was the point being discussed in that portion of the post.. did you read the 10K just as carefully..
Honestly the last time I recommended PTN was just prior to the removal of neutrospec from the market, on that news I told all the people that I convinced to buy to dump asap (was good advice). I now trade PTN short term for 30-70k shares for a few percent (only way I have made money on this stock... I had shares when it was in the high 6's prior to the 10 for 1 r/s... adjusted that would have been around 70 a share and what's todays price... Last investment shares I owned I sold for $3 pre r/s. My opinion is that the management team is the reason for caution.
Take a look
PTN took years to get this minimal partnership on the table... They burn money.
It only makes sense that they would kick out their only partner.... NOT
Maybe you're right... GR was probably looking for a write against gains and wanted to get out before the stock went up on all the good news...
Plain and simple it is not good when a partner walks away... INO had a similar event and even after a published peer review with exceptional results. when roche left one of the two trials they were engaged in the stock dropped to to $8 from $12... It was at $14 prior to that and was recently in the $6's
I think this is a stock still worth jumping on as I said back when it was 66 cents (prior a 1 for 4 R/S)... amazing pipeline and recent news has been promising...
This may explain why the short interest has jumped in the last month... I really don't think this is a positive sign for a cash burner like PTN, the milestone payments were critical
I have been posting on the PTN board for close to 2 decades... Recently I hav been in the background, but your overposting of rubbish drew me out.
You are the most clueless on the board and that's something as markitcorrect is here as well... You even seem to be giving phil a run for the money...
Actually there are footprints

possible merger or buyout next earnings call??
.This topic is deleted. .
I take this to mean they won't develop an anti-psychotic for you... Yanni is Yanni you earn the thumbs down yourself... and I am not Yanni so one of the thumbs down is from me
you point your finger at others about lies and deceit.... and post this non-sense...
actually... plain and simple... YOU POST TOO MUCH
either point out the lies and deceit or ask PTN to develop an anti-psychotic that will help you.
Have you even looked at the chart... I recall you also knew nothing about the warrant positions when you first started analyzing this stock... there is motley-fool and you... pain old fool
Once an offer is made... it takes months to complete the deal. Anyone holding warrants that execute for a penny (which were purchased for 49 cents when the stock was 50 cents) would be insane to not execute and sell avoiding the 10% ownership threshold...
