buyout. makes the rating issue go away. that why thier so motivated to find a buyer and protect rating.
by the way. premioum is for the seler not the buyer. and yes buying a biz undervalued is the name of the game. god bless
easy matrix to model against. this space is a science not a tea leave. they wrote bad paper. which they acquired in a previous acquaition. they will value paper at a 70% ratio. good to bad. it should be at around 50% or close to it. remmeber tower was fine until some dumb acqusiiton with bad DD:
even if they have to captilaize it with 150mm , easy integration for a good co. cut a ton of costs on mgmt side. re#$%$ risk on new paper. the company ca gen 80mm ob the bottom line with normal ratios. thier is no way this does not get acquired. the question is what type of Premium off current PPS. i want to say its worth 12.50 but take out the goodwill, the mgmt fiasco in managing risk you easily get 9-10. heck, if i was a mukti intnerational in the space. i would be jump on it . considering it was a 20 pps stock for 10 yrs. nice delta.
Works every time.

not sure if your long and #$%$ or short and trying to scare people . yet, they signed a NDA and cannot talk. the ceo is done. the co will not survice past next week under the same name.
its all about the rating more then the name. they a A- right now. if a White night shows up. they will infuse cash thus keep the rating. if tower raises cap or takes on a loan. goodby A hello B and then they will lose busienss. always ask your bróker the rating of the agency. the name does not matter its all in the rating. yet the bigger problema is the ratign agencies. right.... moody´s and standard, etc. they really messed up with the big Banks. right..
your comment :Jcp just raised a billion dollars through a stock offering idiot around the same Price
you raise money off the value which determined off mutiple factors. the PPS of the offering is a by product. of that due dilignce not the driver. as a stock god you i know you know that.
i think shorts will cover knowing a deal could be annouced by monday. longs will cost average using the techicals as a indicator. the 60, 15 and 5 are looking flatlined, macd is showing some positive convergence and well we all know what the RSI looks like. longs willl cost average to breakeven. my 2 cents. 'please no slamming. make this fun not attacking.
