i was long yesterday. sold everything this morning pre market between 6.43- 6.50. buffet was once asked how he decided to invest in a company. he said its all about the MGMT. he was asked how do you know MGMT was good. He said, I look at the CEO as if he was a publicly traded stock then ask myself would I buy that stock...I'm a nothing , Know one trader, but, i do like and agree with Buffets filter enought to walk away from SGYP. i just don't trust cerrone. i might walk away from a homerun but my gut is telling me this guy operates with a differenent code of conduct that makes me confortable.
look for a class action.. i might get long again at 5.25.
nothing this company does seems transparent... i've been trading for a long time and this is BS.. normal protocol is to annouce price per share / offering morning of. The reason this company could not find a buyer is IRWD sales are 19mm year to date...

budget battles take center state on Wen as well Rumors of N. Korea firing a missle on Wed. In addition to AA and other reporting early this week. Its hard for longs to commit new money here. We need froth to come off market, expecting a shallow sell off ( 3-5 % ) meanwhile , SGYP will drift wth market till we get some news. I believe the company is in talks NOW and has entered a quiet period. The drug works and it works well. !!! not a bad place to hide out as the macro forces play out in the broader market.
