Most of the complaints I hear about when I knock on someones door is about the people who answer the phone when a customer calls us. I doubt it is any worse than what you would hear from other who are being routed to oversea cal centers.
Do get some about having to wait 3 or 4 days for repairs but that will all work out when they fire 100 outside techs and replace them with contractors.
I guess there is always some job, some where that they can eliminate or send overseas but here in the Seattle area they are doing the opposite. There are so many contractors around doing outside work it's almost silly (inferior work) and they have even been hiring outside techs. On top of all that, a lot of the outside CTL employees have been on max mandatory overtime since November without an end in sight.
