Cost comparison of materials by weight won't have particular meaning in determining if a job is economical for several reasons: 1. Greater strength makes for less material for the same strength - eg satellite shield where extreme cost of payload likely a factor. 2. Then there is casting with 0.002 type tolerance with zero secondary work (plus fine finish / shiny appearance...) versus additional handling, tools, CNC time, labor, QC, and all the costs associated with secondary processes.

As for allergies, only guessing, but if an alloy can spend months in salt-water, and pass medical tests for in-body applications (only early stages, not final yet) then I would think that would be a good indication that Allergies are not as much a factor.

Costs of materials will also come down with time as more is used...... so many factors at play here, but seems to me many factors favorable for Amorphous Metals in general and LQMT in particular.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    Darth,

As I read things there is ZERO dilution coming / necessary at current burn rate for
two years. Management has been conservative and expenses are under control.

So NOT a factor for me because I expect many more positive things to happen before
    this time-frame is up.

Of course if you don't believe this you will continue to be negative, but I don't see how this
is an excuse just now.... maybe someone can enlighten me?

  • and I know one following this stock so closely he knows the patent numbers involved. Many here are like moths flittering around, attracted to the light, but no real clue how much of a hidden opportunity this is just now... take your penny gains and play away, but the biggest money is going to be made holding.

    And so it is told,

    thunk

    Janet,
Hello old ' friend'. After thinking about the conference back then I came to my own conclusion that FTEK could use a little more of a "promoter" type in the top seat. However, having a promoter in there WITHOUT PERFORMANCE is a really bad mix.
