Was it not expected? Was it expected?
The word "unexpected" is what killed the stock today.
I want to know how this word was chosen, and whether it was an accurate choice of word.
Here is my procedure, which everyone should consider following:
1. Give a thumbs down to the post.
2. Report the post as abuse.
3. Place the poster on permanent ignore.
Those three actions, in that order, inflict the most possible damage to the offending poster. And then you never see them again!
Thanks for doing this!
Everyone with a vested interest in KERX should do the same!
Number that you called?
It sure didn't take "The Street" long to come out with this article.
Corrupt bums they are...
If you were damaged by the AP article this morning ask for Brian Barrett in the AP legal department. Ask him to retract the article and post a correction.
Otherwise, a class action lawsuit will follow.
I couldn't agree more, Fur.
I only wish that I had more dry powder available at the moment. I'm in the process of moving some additional funds around, but they won't be available for 1-2 weeks. And I don't see the stock heading lower over that time.
I wonder, how do these institutions ultimately unwind their positions?
Incrementally, over time?
Otherwise, they'd force the price down too much, cutting into their own potential profits.
My preferences, in order:
1. Halt Monday morning.
2. Halt Monday afternoon.
3. Monday pre-market.
4. Halt Friday morning.
5. Halt Friday afternoon.
6. Friday pre-market.
7. Friday after-market (usually bad news; do not want).
