The bottom line is that INO has to produce results that the market likes. The VGX-3100 trial results were "good," but many expected even more.
2015 "should" be a much better year for INO.

INO is a very good company who's time will come. But probably not until later 2015 as part of a run-up to P3 getting started.
And Daiichi Sankyo is the 2nd largest pharma company in Japan. They've got the cash to do it.
