The strategic initiatives call which took place yesterday went extremely well
in my opinion.
Just finished reading about "Mr. P"
What an incredible Horse!
My vote:
Liquidate the fund---sell everything--
Distribute $15.80 +/- to shareholders---
Declare Victory--

Query: How can I make a small fortune in the stock market
Answer: Start with a large fortune
Yes, not only a fair question but also an excellent question--
reminds me of the answer Jon Voight gave to the sheriff in
the movie Deliverance --when asked about the boats and where
the incident happened--down the river---
Voights answer looking the sheriff straight in the eyes--
"I don't know"-
I believe it would be helpful for the stock if management were to interest one
or two brokerage firms to initiate research coverage---one or two institutional
presentations this year would be helpful in getting the Tecumseh story
out there.

great job---just wondering if the third to last letter in your
formula/analysis should be an a instead of a d?
You're probably correct--just checking--
Thanks.
are you referring to Jack Welch?
yes but what if hypothetically Apple's new phone has light weight portable microwave oven
that detaches---that will up the ante for competitors!
IMHO probably due to not all judges being in complete concurrence--
there may be one or two dissents---there may be total concurrence
with one or more judges choosing to submit their own version of
the basis of the decision---deciding on narrower grounds or broader grounds.
My guess--a decision before April 15th with Siga winning---.You never
know however--strange things happen in the courts---not the least
of which is the original Parsons decision!
same page as rosierosie --$445
Not an either or situation--Immediate action is needed on a number of fronts--
accretive acquisitions, dividend increases, stock repurchases- 10 for 1 stock split/
You have my vote(only somewhat qualified) --use one half of current $137 billion
for accretive to earnings acquisitions--use one half of future free cash flow from operations
for dividend increases and stock repurchases that will more than cover new stock option
issuance, however put in place immediately the dividend increase.
You have my vote on this initiative
They already have a buyback program in place---I agree it would be a good idea
to announce an expanded new buyback program--
Also a dividend increase to at least $4.00 quarterly---$16.00 annually--
A 10 for one stock split would be a good idea at this time IMHO

Apparently I am not the only one with reservations about the new Gmail. -Personally, I think
Google is a great company---However, -I think the new "Compose" feature on the eMaill system
will meet a lot of resistance---IMHO management should rethink what they are doing on this
Reversnookered yeasterday---We shall see what next week brings.
Is anyone else having difficulty using new G Mail?

Best to read both the may 2012 13D and January 2013 13D filed by Roumell
for rationale related to both Brazil and India monetization of assets. Both filings can be
accessed on company website.(SEC filings). Roumell clients own approximately
20% of the stock---Jim Roumell IMHO has been very helpful in getting the
Board of Directors to make some recent moves which have been positive
for Tecua stock performance in recent days.
You are on the same page with Jim in advocating a special. dividend from
asset monetization..
You could be right about wisdom of stock buyback---a lot of controversy,
however many companies do have stock buyback programs in place---
Personally I tend to favor those companies that do have a long term program in place
to at least cover stock option issuance so that there is no dilution
resulting from increase in shares outstanding---
One of my very few recent stock successes (in addition to Tecumseh)
is a company called Computer Task Group--they have active
stock repurchase program in place ---check out 5 year stock
performance on Yahoo interactive chart--just one example--
IMHO it depends on the company and all of the circumstances --
Thanks and GLTA
