    My take also---Stock closed @ $5.84
Hopefully cc goes well---and later this week we reach a point
where $6.00 is a floor and not a ceiling--
Then once the floor is established---a gradual run higher
as news of progress kicks in---

Thanks---I do not think there was a question on the part of anyone that you are
    the "genuine article"---
I do have a question that hopefully you will have the time and inclination to respond--
    perhaps others also---
I spent quite a lot of time this afternoon surfing the website---looked carefully at the
backgrounds of the Directors and Management---I notice that many are/were involved
with Nanotechnology...Do you see any current Nanotechnolgy initiatives or related activity that we
are working on--other than the Partnering referenced on the website (under Partnering)--

I am slightly involved (invested) in another small biotech involved in Nanotechnolgy
where the concept (as I understand it) is "find, encapsulate and destroy" whereby the
nanoparttcle(s) "fool" the influenza) virus into thinking it is a cell to which the virus would normally
attach to---the nanoparticles encapsulate the virus and destroys the virus---

It would seem that we have a lot of people in our company that would understand what
    I am attempting to comprehend--

In any event, IMHO time spent looking at all sections of our website is well spent.

Looks to me like "stealth trader(s)" out there---
Long termers accumulating in here should be cautious--
let stock come to you ---Do not chase---every now and then 10,000 share blocks
for sale pop up--Just my guess on current trading syndrome---

yes--excellent observations--Only one point that I would respectfully suggest as
somewhat irrelevant where you invoke the lines from the Cremation of Sam McGee

not everybody but It is unfortunate ---the vitriolic diatribe creates
bad karma--PSEC doesn't like* bad karma, and reacts accordingly--
Eliminate the bad karma and stock will go up---simple as that---

Well, if Board of Directors were to implement your suggestion IMHO would
have salutary impact on share price---There appears to be enough cash to carry
this out---Approximately $26,000,000 on hand at end of 2014---pay out $1.00 per
share special dividend, leaves $14,000,000 (more than enough to run the company)

In 2015, decent chance for BSQR to generate free cash of $5,000,000 - $6,000,000
More than enough to cover approximate $2,880,000 outflow on annual dividend
    of $.24 (12,000,000 shares X $.24)---

Management has a lot of choices-(Dividend, stock buyback or strategic acquisition
    or some combination thereof)

    works out to 71% annualized---

Excellent job Jim in explaining this situation in such vivid detail---
I have made a few posts in recent months suggesting that management fees
were overly generous, and your post not only confirms this with the actual numbers
shown, but goes further in that the GREED word would seem to be appropriate and also
    EGREGIOUS could be added--

Managementwcould say that these fees are spread over 100+ people, highly educated
and capable attorneys. accountants, deal makers etc. and that the returns being generated
are higher than other BDC's---"we are playing to excel and playing to win" etc. etc.
There may be some truth in this---however, the general perception on "the Street" s that Greed is a
    part of the PSEC picture---

Most BDC's have a similar fee structure --- As I recall from reading the 10Q, a few months
back, PSEC incentive fees were computed on 20% of excess over 7 1/2% whereas
many BDC's are computed on the excess over 8%---I could be wrong on this
and my eyes are too tired right now to check this out---Hey, what can I say--I'm getting old!

I currently have a quite large position in this--would like
to get the November 25th dividend at least---My goal is to hold at least through
December 2015---but this stock is on a very "short leash" IMHO there are a lot
of risks even at current level which still need to be factored into the analytical equation.

In your November 9th post you suggested that the $.11 monthly rate could be sustained,
and I tend to agree with this. A case could be made that even a drop to $.10 monthly,
if accompanied by a significant adjustment in the management fee would have a salutary
    impact on the share price.

    Thanks again and GLTA

Following the Earnings Report and Conference call, I am moving up my
2015 Guess Price Target to $5.20 - $5.40 range--- Also am thinking earlier
in the year--perhaps first quarter 2015#$%$00-$5.20?.

Could be some profit taking next week, and if so, would seem appropriate
to continue with gradual accumulation (assuming one does not currently have a
full position).---Even around current levels still Ok to accunulate notwithstanding
recent strength IMHO if one can maintain equanimity and not let market
vicissitudes override a longer term plan--

A solid $5.00 lets say February 2015 (from current $4.24) works out to 54% annualized
    rate of return--
