I'll have to say that was all so impressive, I'm almost a little jealous. About like many of the historical trades that were here for us at ARYC over the last 2 years.
You need to look at a calendar and the daily stock prices and volumes to fully appreciate the period of time involved in the FLIP. Be my reading of the Seeking Alpha postings - buy on Thursday, write article on Sunday, write blog "comment" on Monday morning, sell Monday and possibly Tuesday. Somebody correct me if I got the data wrong. Impressive FLIP.
I suggest everybody go read the 13D filers "Article" on 11/24 on LFVN, his "Comment" on 11/25 and his "Comment" on 12/5. I make no inference to what one might call that or think of it. It's just facts as laid out by the poster himself. Really nice FLIP.
It was a sell at 70 cents when bib/ask was 70/71. The next four transactions after that were also sells at 70 with a bid/ask at 70/71.
Ask then dropped to 70 cents with 42,000 offered. Bid dropped to 1,000 at 68 and then the next bid was 63 cents.
You lying little worm. I post under 1 name here. It's lies like that and ones like Spanky does that just might give a person a fraction of motivation to post to set records straight and tell the truth or opinion that's actually based on some facts.
And my pick for the comment here of 2013. It reminded me of years ago when you'd visit a real old relative or visit a local "senior care center" to visit with people to cheer them up. Every once in a while you'd hear a comment by one of them about somebody with a different ethnic background. You'd just humor them with a smile, be polite and show respect to the elderly. I smiled a lot at this one.
"my understanding is u come w a heavy foreign accent and am short at 1.70 "
I'll add one passing story that was one of the funniest I've ever seen in investing.
Seems EasyMark didn't even know ARYC was involved in micro-arrays and thought a DX test used some top secret alien like technology. He seem to think I was severely denigrating ARYC by commenting that a "cancer DX kit" would largely be a glass substrate with biomarkers on it and some reagents. He went, best described as - bonkers over such a possibility. I think he even called ARYC, only to have them educate him on what he was investing in. I laughed for a week. He's been the MB's puppet ever since and danced to anybody pulling his strings.
Let me give you a tip or two. This isn’t about ARYC: it’s just advice from years of following companies and MB’s. You seem to need to hear it.
Don’t get emotional about stocks or MB’s. Keep an even temperament and if needed, take a deep breath. Most of all don’t take it personal and do your research. I never take it personal when a company lies or tries to deceive. I accept responsibility for my trades and my obligation to do DD. On larger companies or ones with management with credibility, I “trust and verify”. On smaller stocks and on companies with a history, I “don’t trust but still verify or refute”. Even they can be very valuable trades at the right times by knowing the scoop from real DD.
As to posters who pump and dump, I ignore or expose when I feel like it. On posters that are just idiots, I try to teach some and then just ignore when they choose stupidity as a life path. On those that actually care to discuss or seek opinion, I give it. But never take the bait thrown out by many. You waste time and energy and you should never let it get you off an even keel.
You at least try and you bring valuable discussion to the table. Something only seen from about three people that post here.
ARYC issues taking up to much time.
Now I have to catch up on about 10 companies’ SEC filings during November and see what jewels lie in them. But, I already have one package going out this week to a three letter agency on several issues from SEC filings involving one company. Info on two more companies is being updated right now for delivery. Like I said, I have fans of my research.
Seems ARYC never filed this or the other key agreement on Avant requirement to use ARYC for production. Not a surprise there, though.
The S-1 filing would require without fail, inclusion of all material agreements as Exhibits.
You have gone Frigging nuts. There are the executed agreements required to be filed with the SEC. They aren't made up documents like your posting content.
BTW, I'll sure ARYC filed the same agreements early in SEC filings. I'll be back in a few.
EXHIBIT A TO TECHNOLOGY ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
TECHNOLOGY CONTRIBUTED BY DEVELOPER
Developer assigns to Company all of the trade secrets and protocols required for the production and use the ovarian cancer biomarker panel for early stage (pre-symptomatic) screening and detection of ovarian cancer and monitoring of early and late stage ovarian cancer in human patients, including printed microarray substrates containing ovarian biomarkers; hardware required for ovarian biomarker microarray use; reagents required for microarray processing, washing and staining; data quantification and reporting software for reference laboratory, point-of-care, and site-of-care use; pre-packaged kits for reference laboratory, point-of-care and site-of-care use; and any improvements or modifications to the ovarian test made by Developer.
This assignment does not imply any assignment of U.S. Patents 6,101,946 or 6,913,879 or their issued or pending foreign equivalents owned by Developer.
This assignment does not limit Developer from using identical or similar trade secrets and protocols for disease tests other than ovarian cancer.
Under the terms of this assignment, it is understood that Company will license biomarkers from third parties and make them available to Developer for printing.

EXHIBIT A TO TECHNOLOGY ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT
I used a search on the last ARYC 10-K. They never mention OvaDx was licensed or assigned. This is how they present the issue.
"Arrayit Corporation will manufacture and process the OvaDx® tests, and Avant Diagnostics, Inc. (“AD”) will market and sell the OvaDx® test upon FDA approval. "
That seems to be what's in the public record.
10.1 Technology Assignment Agreement dated as of July 18, 2009 between Arrayit Diagnostics, Inc. and Arrayit Corporation.
10.3 Exclusive Services Agreement effective September 10, 2009 between Arrayit Diagnostics, Inc. and Arrayit Corporation
10.12 License Agreement , effective December 7, 2009, between Arrayit Diagnostics, Inc. and Wayne State University
10.13 Sponsored Research Agreement, effective December 7, 2009, between Arrayit Diagnostics, Inc. and Wayne State University.
Technology Agreement...S-1 Exhibit. There's also an agreement that requires Avant to use ARYC.
I'm going to go back over these now that you raised the issue. Seems on first blush that ARYC doesn't own OvaDx and Avant is the marketing arm. It seems it's a full assignment for the 80% in Avant they got in 2009.
BUT BY AWARE, I'm ad libbing here, I posted the core paragraph but we all need to review the documents and see what they say and what they mean.
Obviously they both need each other to go forward. Unlike some trash talk here, they aren't doing this to be altruistic.
