King will love a takeunder deal because rest assured he will get a nice severance package ($3M+). He's ready to retire anyways at age 60. Has a nice paid for home in Atherton, millions in the bank (trusts) and is all set.
Perhaps there is an angle for Staccatto and #$%$? There is a huge Grateful Dead reunion show coming over July 4th weekend in Chicago.
King always takes care of himself. No doubt he will give himself a nice severance package. I've actually expected him to "retire' with a package before the BK just so that he wouldn't have the BK on his watch. King's fragile ego and all...
You'll get a small run from here to $4.75 and then it will come back down to $4.00. They already announced their numbers are guided upwards a couple weeks ago and the market moved on that info accordingly already.
You'll get your $5.50+/share only if they announce something completely new and surprising (and revenue generating/potential). But that's not how this smart, straight-forward, honest CEO operates at NEO.
If you are paying attention, King has already given himself the 2015 bonus with these "goals". These "goals" are simply what they should be executing on in the first place. King knows how to set the bar low and you longs keep buying it. In the meantime, I'll keep shorting ALXA stock and taking your money just like King.
Haha!! On what? Did you read the goals for 2015? They need to reduce costs of producing the poor selling Adasuve kazoos. They are burning money with no profits in site.
Looking at stocks and potential, I expect AMBS (currently at $0.08/share) to be above $2/share by July 2015 and I expect ALXA to have slipped to below $0.50/share. There is basically no doubt that it will happen. Only thing that would keep it up is ***yet another*** Reverse-Split so that King can keep making his $1M/year you longs are paying him.
If you want to make money on ALXA, short it on any movement up. You can wash, rinse, repeat on $.10 moves multiple times per month. I made over $95K last month shorting ALXA.
all setup for you weenies!! Hahahaha

Financial goals related to cash, capital raising and stock price
No, not going to cover. There is nothing holding the stock price up at its current price. Financials look horrible at ALXA and management is even worse. You couldn't pick a more sure bet of a company that will go under than ALXA.
Is there some type of new money coming in for ALXA? Or is it continued burn, burn, burn of money plus the gifts of massive bonuses for management?
Answers to those questions will show you where the stock price is headed. (Hint: sub-$1.00)
I provide plenty of useful information. But if you disagree, I suggest you put your money where your mouth is and load up on ALXA at these "cheap" prices. I double dog dare you.
