initial review and granting of patents is not thorough , usually done by an inexperienced, overworked and underpaid examiner. A re-exam on the other hand, will be much more proper and done with care to put the issues to bed.
uspto review will be from technical people and not laymen which will be interesting. If the patents survive they will become solid and prkr will probably do well - if they get rejected prkr is f'd.
I don't think the uspto reviewing the patents is baked into the price yet - the review was inevitable though - patent litigation tends to get dragged out until things are scientifically correct.
What cashflow? The only significant cashflow porkervision has had in the last decade is from selling stock .
LOL! That will be the day, much more likely is another pipe and subsequent dilution which JP does twice a year or so for the last decade
Round 1 only Scotty-boy. These patent litigation things tend to drag on until they get it correct. See the history of Rambus for a decent example.
I wouldn't expect them to understate it, would you?
crashing pretty hard now - short anytime over 5 and cover in the 4's, rinse and repeat seems to be the money making strategy
makes one wonder if the parts are "real" or just vaporware to perpetuate things. They used to have "artists renditions" of parts on the website but they seem to have been yanked.
"fartass idiot"? Surprising that yahoo!'s rudeness editor lets that go by when the mostly innocent #$%$ and #$%$ get bleeped.
After losing what little $$ he had betting the wrong way on atml M went back to his old gig being a #$%$ polisher behind the quickie mart for $1 a pop.
It sound like the Paul fellow is an experienced pump-and-dump specialist
