A major consumer China has inked deals with Iran for discounted oil, so not only are they not buying from the Saudis, they are paying less for it.
In addition they have abundant sources from Africa, especially Angola and Sudan.
So should anything happen to Iran they can balance it out with their other suppliers not to mention Russia also supplying them.
Here's where oil prices will rise in our opinion, even at this stage Saudi Arabia still pumps significant oil, but most of their wells are in the East which is majority Shia, so should there be an insurrection ala Houthi style and the shutting down or blowing up of wells then 2 things will happen.
Oil prices will certainly rise , but offshore drillers should see reap a terrific reward.
An oil well to tanker to refinery model will permeate.
Now I dont know how much you know about 2x leverage (you should if youve invested in this though) but when oil falls then UCO closes front end months and opens farther out contracts, the loss of option premium is very significant, hence the buying power is curtailed.
So oil needs to rise very fast very quickly to see this really take off.
Theres 2 million barrels of excess being pumped daily.
A localized war in the ME will do NOTHING to stop this rout..
Some guy bought LNKD 120Puts. Overnight they went up 207,000%.
A 100$ investment of 100 puts at 1c each would have returned 207k.
Let the volatility fade then you can buy, guidance was also weak so this might start meandering downward.
Best either do covered calls or wait for it to fall a bit more.
Sorry man - your post has absolutely no meat.
What are your real life indicators that show that this company is legit?
When was the last time you saw the product in a store?
The devil is in the details.Otherwise you're just a dreamer, not even 1 of your predictions has come true vis a vis this stock.
Secondly there's no point going all the way back to SPLI days , they didnt have 8 Billion AS then.
A poster on ihub, nothing on Facebook or Twitter.
Have you actually seen otherwise?
A few months ago I was almost 22% , gradually the value has been eroding.
The year end distributions are good but capital preservation is topmost in my priority list.
Why is this going down so dramatically?
The VRX fiasco must have dented the fund, the fund 3% or so is in VRX.
Im contributing , actually increased it a bit, as this is a long term hold for me, I want to reduce my cost basis drastically.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Do you even know if the company is still in business?
Elsewhere I read it's shuttered and there's no activity. That big east coast distributor has also dropped them.
Yes that's definitely a possibility, for any other stock, but with this one on the throes of death, I don't think it's wise to throw good money after bad.
That being said, it might not be a bad idea though, if oil ever touches 70+ then this will at least hit 15$.(I think it was 16$ when oil was 60)
With an average of 12 , i might just make some money, all for a 4k investment.(2kshares@2$)
Plus with an average of 12$ I can write some ITM covered calls as well to lower the cost basis.
The only other major worry is bankruptcy. You think the company can go bust?
Dror is a #$%$ and con artist, he "acquires" companies he creates 2 days before for 500k and funds his lifestyle.
They will NEVER release financials.
It's all bogus.
Your money is gone.
Went in with 909 shares for a quick dividend play in 2014, I sold a few calls and I placed a limit order for 35$ long Puts but it didnt fill.
I think I was off by a few cents, but that few cents miss has cost me almost 30k$.
Now a 33k investment is only around 1800$, 95%+ paper loss.
Honestly there are just too many factors working against offshore drilling.
First Oil prices have no reasonable hope of rising, the glut is just too much. Second with cars more efficient there's no need for costly risky off shore drilling.
The only reason that will cause this to rise I think is fracking is banned altogether and the war in the ME makes oil not only rise but make offshore the easier production and delivery model.
Doubt it, I've written this off as a loss on paper.
Have to hold, there's no other choice.
LOL like what generics and other drugs that will soon be available to other manufacturers?!
No way - this is stock is dead. Theres a superb piece on SA about the debt financing, and how impossible those numbers were especially when certain drugs will become public domain in the near future depleting their revenue even more.
