The more I see the script results and slow uptake, the more I think the problem ISN'T efficacy. The problems are twofold: 1) general practitioners' skepticism about a "fat pill" and 2) overcoming the surgical procedures already in place to treat obesity which happen to be money makers for the care givers. The first can be dealt with by Eisai and proper information. The second can only be overcome if there was overwhelming incentive/benefit to the patient AND a profit motive to those that make their living from treating obesity with such measures.
I see. So are you the genius advising the leadership of foreign countries about investment in American debt? What will you tell them when America issues lower face value, higher interest bonds to overcome the debt ceiling crisis in a few days? "Do not buy those triple AAA bonds of the US government. They have never missed a payment and only have a few trillion dollars in revenue every year. The top 400 wealthiest Americans have more money that the GNP of Russia." Good one.
