Sell this bankruptcy candidate stock and buy real good growth stock like AAPL, FB, YY, GILD, UA, MDVN, SFM, LUV etc. while the stock price is still good. It will be too late to get out when the company declares bankrupt.

And you have not seen the real fall yet. LOL. Just wait till lockup expires, and you will see the real crashes when all the insiders are allowed to dump their shares to stupid U.S. stock gamblers (this big money loser is not an investment).

LOL. It is nature for this stock to free fall because the company is losing money every day. So there is nothing wrong for the stock to drop every day. LOL.

Those who bought this stock based on REIT are plain stupid. If you read the company SEC filing carefully, what the company was really saying is the REIT proposal is OUTDATED PROPOSAL. It is dead. It is one of many rejected proposals. So stupid to buy a $0 worth bankruptcy candidate stock because of that. LOL. No creditor would accept that kind of terms the company proposed when the creditors can simply get all the assets of the company in bankruptcy and set up REIT themselves if they want to and own both the REIT and the operating unit. LOL.

    Money-laundering Probe!

The trouble is the IRS are targeting the VIP customers of the casinos in the probes. If all VIP customers are scared of it, it will affect the casino income for sure. They are the big spenders of the casinos, but they will not dare to visit casinos if Fed is probing them.

LOL. You don't even know how to read financial reports, and you just grab numbers from the thin air. LOL. This company has debts higher than most countries. It is only one bankruptcy declaration away from becoming a $0 stock. Stupid to still own this bankruptcy candidate stock.

LOL. Some stupid longs here are treating this company like a non-profit organization. LOL. That is good because they are going to DONATE all their money to the insiders' pockets. LOL. For me, I would rather make money and not to be fooled. This stock should be trading as a penny stock based on its tiny revenues and huge losses (all thanks to the insiders filling their own pockets). LOL.

According to CZR SEC filing, the REIT idea is considered an outdated proposal. There are always idiots on the market, and that is why there is money to be made from the market. More precisely, there is money to be made from the idiots. The idiots that loaned money to the company will only get pennies for every dollar back. Stockholders have lower priority than debt holders. The idiots that buy this bankruptcy candidate stock will be wiped out completely when the bankruptcy is announced and the stock goes to $0.

Wynn is the third casino to be probed by Fed. CZR may be the next to be probed. What is especially bad about the probe is the Fed is probing the biggest casino spending customers. LOL. That sure won't help casino business at all. Think about what would happen when all big spenders are scared out of casinos by Feb probe actions. LOL. Longs are gambling in a wrong business.

If you carefully read the most recent financial reports, this company has such huge losses that even if it were to be able to wipe out ALL debts (which is not going to happen), it would still have reported huge losses. It is hopeless. This company will be bankrupt completely no matter what. This stock will be $0 eventually. And the high U.S. dollar level is certainly not going to help its business at all. It will be very hard to get tourists. This is a dying company. Just a matter of when it will die, not whether it will die or not. The idiots buying at this level will lose ALL the money eventually when the entire company is bankrupt.

Federal authorities are investigating whether casino operator Wynn Resorts Ltd. violated money-laundering laws, according to people familiar with the matter.

Prosecutors from the Manhattan and Las Vegas U.S. Attorney’s offices and investigators from the Internal Revenue Service and Drug Enforcement Administration are coordinating their efforts to look into the Las Vegas-based company.

It shows you there were a lot of idiots that did not do their homework when lending money to this big loser. And there are even more idiots that are even dumber to still own the stock. Stockholders have lower priority than debt holders. When debt holders can only get pennies out of each dollar, the stockholders will get NOTHING. This should be called Dumb and Dumber. :-) Stockholders here are most likely to be wiped out completely in bankruptcy. This stock is only one bankruptcy declaration away from becoming a $0 stock.

LOL. Now the media is saying, Caesars disclosed that the REIT idea is considered an outdated proposal as a number of alternative ideas have been offered since, but they are still considering all options to restructure the terms of their loans with their first lien creditors. LOL. Told you guys to always differentiate fantasy from reality. LOL. Don't you just love it when idiots are willing to pay $15 for a $0 worth bankruptcy candidate stock? LOL. Told you guys the real bad news that caused the SEC filing is this company is failing in the debt negotiation. LOL. This stock can suddenly go to $0 any day now. LOL.

DDS PE is only 16. No wonder activist is buying DDS. This CZR bankruptcy candidate has scary multi-billion dollars of losses, not earnings. LOL. Why anyone would still own this bankruptcy candidate stock that can become $0 anytime is beyond me. This stock should be trading as penny stock.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • careful_investor_wins careful_investor_wins Nov 20, 2014 12:46 PM Flag

Dillard's (DDS) is a very profitable company. That is a lot better investment alternative than this big money loser CZR. LOL. This bankruptcy candidate should really be trading as a penny stock. LOL. Even if the REIT plan here really goes through, CZR is not going to own the REIT. The creditors will own it. So stupid to own this bankruptcy candidate stock for the REIT news. LOL. Profitable company DDS makes a lot more sense.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

  • LOL. This bankruptcy candidate will fall back down to where it was. LOL. At least Dillards is a profitable company.

People keep confusing fantasy versus reality. The reality is the company is another step closer to bankruptcy and the stock is about to become a $0 stock any time because more creditors walked out of bankruptcy negotiations. But people were confused by the REIT fantasy put out by the company that most likely will be rejected by creditors just like all the other plans the company proposed were rejected. This stock is only one bankruptcy declaration away from becoming a $0 stock. Very dumb to own this bankruptcy candidate stock when thousands of other profitable companies are available on the market.

I bet you that idiot new bankruptcy stock bag holder did not even know even if the REIT plan is accepted, CZR will not own any of the REIT. LOL. It is the debtors going to be the owner of the assets of this bankruptcy company. LOL. You got to love it when idiots are willing to pay this much for a totally worthless bankruptcy candidate.
