I am not surprised the trading volume shrinks. After all, it always gets harder and harder to find bigger fools to pile onto a Ponzi scheme. That is how all Ponzi scam ends eventually. Who wants to be the last fool piling onto the end of the Ponzi scheme? Those who are greedy are usually the ones end up losing ALL the money.

  • This company with nothing on even phase I trial, no revenue, huge losses, and huge stock option grants has all the signs of a stock scam. But even if we assume it is not a scam, its stock valuation with $1 billion dollar market cap is really extremely, extremely overvalued. The IVF market is a tiny market. Majority of the population do not use IVF service. And even for those that use IVF, it is only one time in a lifetime use. It is not like Facebook that people use every day. There is no recurring revenue for IVF. It is a very bad and tiny industry for investment. And even for those rare cases that use IVF, this company’s proposed products (zero sales and zero receivable for years; hint: pure scam) are only targeting a very tiny portion (almost nonexistence) of that small IVF population that traditional IVF has failed. The market cap of this stock is already many times larger than the entire target market. It is plain stupid to buy into the B.S. of this big bubble. Even if this is not a scam, this company will never be able to make enough sales and profits to justify the extremely overpriced bubble stock valuation. It is a really smart scam for the company not to report any revenue at all. This way it prevents automatic valuation scanners from finding out this company is extremely expensive at Price to Sales ratio of 100,000 or something like that. What a smart scam!

Someone recommended me to investigate insiders, so I did. It turns out that the insiders here look like big time serial scammers. Back in the days when the stem cell topic was red hot, this company was called Ovastem. When stem cell companies died one after another and become a toxic topic for investors, this company changed its name to OvaScience and continues to scam money from stupid investors. Even more, two scams are more profitable than one scam. The insiders have another scam company set up as Verastem. Just like OvaScience, Verastem also has ZERO revenues and huge losses for years. LOL. It is so easy to fool investors to give money to scam companies to help them spend their money. Do people realize when the only thing the company is selling is stock, all the money falls into insiders’ pockets? Why would so many idiots give money to money losing companies and dreaming these losers will become profitable someday when thousands of companies like LCI, BIIB, GILD, MDVN, etc. etc. are already profitable is beyond me.

LOL. What a stupid dream! Only idiot investors would give money to a company with ZERO dollar sales. No company would buy out this scam. Get real. Even the market this company address does not have billion dollar at all. It is a tiny market even if this is not a scam. LOL. Don't dream stupid dreams.

Real business Lannett Company (Symbol: LCI) reported $93 million dollars of sales and $34 million dollars of profits last quarter and LCI has many drugs approved by FDA already, but LCI market cap is only $1.5 billion dollars. This company has $0 dollar sales for years and losing $12 million dollars each quarter and has nothing approved or even attempted to be approved by FDA, but this scam bubble stock already has a market cap of $1 billion dollars. How can this scam stock sustain at this bubble level when real growth and profitable company LCI only has almost the same market cap? This scam company stock should be trading at penny stock level until it can become profitable. You should sell this scam stock and buy real growth stock LCI.

No company can keep losing money forever. This company will run out of money in two years. This stock should be trading as a penny stock until it can become profitable. Copy directly from financial report:
We believe that our cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities of approximately $72.2 million at September 30, 2014 will be sufficient to fund our current operating plan and allow us to continue as a going concern into 2016. We may be required to obtain additional funding to support our operations for 2016 and beyond. There can be no assurances, however, that we will achieve our current operating plan or that additional funding will be available on terms acceptable to us, or at all.

Direct copy from the financial report:
We have incurred annual net operating losses in each year since our inception. To date we have not generated any revenue from our fertility treatments and have financed our operations primarily through private and public placements of our preferred stock and common stock.
    ----
LOL. Their fertility treatments brought them $0 revenue each year. LOL. They are NOT in the business of selling fertility treatments. LOL. The real business is selling stock to stupid investors. LOL.

LOL. You call those top analysts? LOL. Those are more like bottom analysts or hired analysts. LOL. If you just believe in anyone without even thinking about how a company with $0 sales can be worth $1 BILLION dollars of market cap, you really deserve to lose ALL your money. Even if this money losing company is not a scam, it should really be trading at penny stock level.

You need to take your rosy glasses off so you can see your investment clearly. #$%$ company avoiding FDA is NOT like most drug companies. It is a red flag that everything may be fake or worthless if the $0 revenue is not enough to give you a hint.

The valuation is definitely way, way out of whack overpriced for a company that has absolutely ZERO sales for years. But the scary thing is that the more I research this company, the more it looks like a scam to me. This company does not even operate with clinics in the U.S. even though it is supposed to be #$%$. company. All the so called "good news" are only "on paper" situated with supposedly foreign clinics that the U.S. investors are not likely to verify. This may just be a very big scam fooling stupid U.S. investors!

Another really, really good day for growth stocks. I love it.

  • Elon Musk is simply the BEST innovator of our time now. Producing the best car the consumer report ever rated. The safest car ever made that broke the safety testing machine. Get rid of car dealers that everyone hates. The fastest 0 to 60 mph acceleration of any four-door sedan. Now we have the first and most advanced battery swap station. It is simply amazing. Just like a magician. You will be surprised with one innovation after another with Elon. This is a stock that you should just buy and keep for decades! My money has multiplied many folds with this stock, and I believe it is just starting. It achieved so much that other car companies could not achieve for decades. It has not even started to advertise for its cars yet. This is an incredible company that will multiply your money many more folds!

The business has to double, then the stock will naturally double in price. And that is why I believe super growth stocks like YY and QIHU can easily double their stock prices.

The net tangible assets left for the stockholders are NEGATIVE $2.2 billion dollars. This is an empty shell. There is NOHTING left for the stockholders. This company already belongs to the creditors. Even creditors will only get pennies out of each dollar. The stockholders will get NOTHING. This stock should be trading as a penny stock.
