    I'll sign off now...however, billion...IF you have stock in this company USB...it doesn't seem to be doing that well...too bad. Unless you sold it short...and that would put you in the same category as Soros.

    You might think this a joke. However, my son was a victim of that knock out crime and now he is in a nursing home. What...Carolyn, does that have to do with this. The ONLY thing I could do was visit him, work with the Federal Government, be gone 5 out of 7 days a week and PAY my bills. My mistake...I didn't check the charge from one company. When I complained, the company gave me a credit...now, because the company (who answered most of the time to "my mail box is full", will not give a credit. When I tried to remedy it...paid to have the merchandise sent back and had it verified...USB AND CREDIT CARD CORPORATION, INCLUDING ELAN FINANCIAL CORPORATION, refused to honor THEIR OWN INSTRUCTIONS. This is about principle. If we like getting screwed, we shut up. I don't. I am sick and tired of people defrauding anyone and that starts at the top. Take that however you want it.

    btw...son is just 40 years old.

    I have tried...I really have tried to contact an executive assistant in your company. I have been on the phone for five hours now. Your company has been unable to connect me. They are unaware that you own Elan Financial Services, i.e., Cardmember Services. Your company, Mr. Belton does not honor their clients and further more they don't understand simplistic instructions. Because of your company incompetence and that of your subsidiaries, I have been defrauded on my credit card. The result, because of your subsidiary's non compliance with contract law, is loss of money to me.

    It seems that ethical behavior and practices are a thing of the past. I have tried to talk with a government agency. However, after three phone calls, they do not know what agency has jurisdiction over the banking industry.

    What a sad state of affairs when a company does know who owns them, the owner does not know who they own and the Federal Government does not know what jurisdiction governs what entity.
