    Market psychology, Goldman Sache makes market for big players, those who hold at least 10,000,000 shares.
    Their traders can estimate demand at higher price and supply at those prices.

    From chart, price and volume it will be Dow 5% for this month. One or two days it is difficult to guess after nice fall from new high.

    Please do not allow to go below $116 and have protection price in mind.

    Good luck!
    Sincerely,

    All the good news is out, expectations are very high, it is more like distribution. We could get $1 or $2 up, but down is more than $10.00.

    Every up move today has met with profit taking and not more buying.
    Time to watch and see what the market teaches us.

    Good luck!

    Lot of institutional activity and we can watch and learn from high volatility. They sell each other with your money (mutual funds) and ask their friends to make money, for them.

    Rule 1 and 20 is as below:

    1. Forget the news, remember the chart. You're not smart enough to know how news will affect price. The chart already knows the news is coming.

    20. Beat the crowd in and out the door. You have to take their money before they take yours, period.

    Stockholders are bullish, and every up move is treated as buying opportunity. Distribution is vey slow process, FB will tickle slowly, and most holder we see daily decline.

  • Please be a contrarian and sell when other are talking of split and trillion-dollar trap.
    This message is brought you to be a wise investor and do not listen to anyone on this message board including me. You are here to make money and my task is not to entertain but make you a wise investor.
    FB………………… moving down on High Volume is Bearish.

    I have sold my position and cannot see you lose more money.

    Kindly have a mental stop loss order in your mind, a spike down brings more selling and stock move away from new high.

    Broker’s Plea to Disillusioned Investor’s
    When stocks go down as they sometimes will;
    When the funds you own are returning nil;
    When your saving is low and your debts is high;
    And you want to smile but you have to cry;
    When margin calls are starting to swell-
    Borrow if you must but don’t you sell!
    For loss will last only short time;
    It’s a tiny misstep in upward climb;
    For you can never tell when markets will ascend;
    Recover may be near though down being the trend.
    So, always hold on when losses excel-
    When stocks go down you should never sell!

    The rejiggering of Facebook's share structure is effectively a 3-for-1 stock split. Zuckerberg's said in December that he intends to put 99 percent of his Facebook shares into a new philanthropy project focusing on human potential and equality.

    The lawsuit contends that a Facebook board committee which approved the share deal "did not bargain hard" with Zuckerberg "to obtain anything of meaningful value" in exchange for granting Zuckerberg added control.
    In a statement, Facebook said the plan "is in the best interests of the company and all stockholders." The company has said keeping Zuckerberg at the helm is key to its future success.

    Facebook plans to create a new class of shares that are publicly listed but do not have voting rights. Facebook will issue two of the so-called "Class C" shares for each outstanding Class A and Class B share held by shareholders. Those new Class C shares will be publicly traded under a new symbol.

    Zuckerberg "wishes to retain this power, while selling off large amounts of his stockholdings, and reaping billions of dollars in proceeds," the lawsuit said.

    Good luck!

    1. Please use a survey at the local library
    2. Senior center discussion
    3. County office of the deeds discussion or research

    If you research above, parents hold as two folks. So appreciation is built it for more than 5 to 20 years. Once property is divided among children the comparison is different.
    Dividend among children in this example is stock split. Which has more holders and average appreciation is less.
    We started with stock which has appreciated (parents hold property), we came to distribution of stock (parents dividing property).
    In the end FB appreciation will be limited after the stock split and distribution.
    The original FB buyers of IPO (parents) to news owners split (children).
    You will get a good chance to see for yourself in next few months.
    The subject is FB and split. Splits always occur at the top of big news.

    Good luck!

    Property goes up when parents owns, when pass to children, they have their life to live, depending on the condition of the market and decision to sell, the proceeds may never be what is expected.

    Please do not count for Ray money from split, stock or family.

    I have to dinner for the family.

    This weekend in major Newspapers including WSJ and Barron's this will be discussed.

    You can also email the company or talk to them after a week or so.

    Just imagine your parents left you property, now the children have to share and pay taxes.

    In the end someone just wants cash, and you want some old paintings, still brothers and sister may decide to sell every thing. Sell everything but how to determine the price of old painting of civil war. To some it should never be sold, but the real way out is auction for tax purposes.

    Dividend and splits makes easier to distribute, it does add to the value.

    Good luck!
    Sincerely,
    Carolyn Novice

    Option related, someone had a call option of $117.00 or below and the person exercised and before he could pay decided to sell it.

    For example you bought 5 calls a few weeks ago, let us say $117 and116 strike price, your broker will exercise if there no instructions, that the rule. EIther come up with money or simply sell the stock at the market before 8:00pm.

    Try to read more about after hours thin trading. The person who bought the stock may sell a few minutes or before 8:00pm.

    Otherwise stock is available on Monday, May 2, 2016 for sale.

    Call buyers go in to make big money, but never know what is in the store from big players.

    If you are worried about 20 and 30 cents, this stock is not for you.

    Good luck!

    If anyone in the whole world can answer this then that investor could easily become the first Trillion dollar holder like you.

    In future try to explain why, the reader of this has no clue for this statement.

    Historically when there is big move with very good news, and stock split, it marks the top of the stock.
