Yes, hilarious that posters are here with the 'going concern' nonsense. Every penny stock has that statement! I guess they forgot that? Just fear tactics at their best. MRIB is a good bet.
I was a believer in the company until Hong's glowing forecasts were met with meteoric pps declines due to never coming to fruition. Always the salesman, never the delivery man. I became concerned about the way he changed the bylaws and his family share trust structure during the time he made the Fortress deal. I made comments regarding these events and was very concerned. I was met with condescending behavior from the pumpers on this board, like, how dare you, hong and netlist IP will lead the way! Back then, as now, we waited on court and patent office outcomes. Yes. Same hook. I personally took the time to decipher the Fortress agreement and disclosed what I had found. If you are interested, you can read them right here, just click on my ID and go back two years. I also researched the directors on the board and posted that info. Losing Leglise was a harbinger of what is. Not what if. I am not invested here, just saw the stock drop yesterday and had to laugh: It all makes sense what happened about two years ago with his trust/bylaws changes. The posters on this board even made phantom IDs closely matching mine to discret my posts. Well, what do you think now, pumpers?
been here since early last year(check my posts). Tripled my stake, sold yesterday and will no invest that windfall into a POS ddr4 stock that is about to be promoted and pumped again by the #$%$ who manipulate us, imo. They did if two years ago, and they are due again. NVIV is a good company. Good luck longs.
One of your buddies?
NEW YORK, Sept 8 (Reuters) - Mathew Martoma, a former portfolio manager at billionaire Steven A. Cohen's SAC Capital Advisors LP hedge fund, was sentenced on Monday to nine years in prison for engaging in what authorities called the most lucrative insider trading scheme in U.S. history.
U.S. District Judge Paul Gardephe in New York also ordered Martoma, 40, to forfeit $9.3 million.
Prosecutors accused Martoma of making illegal trades in pharmaceutical stocks based on tips about a clinical trial for an Alzheimer's drug. They said these trades enabled SAC to generate about $275 million of illegal gains and avoid losses.
"There was nothing accidental about Mr. Martoma's conduct or the gain realized," Gardephe said. "I cannot and will not ignore that the gain is hundreds of millions of dollars more than ever seen in an insider trading prosecution." (Reporting by Nate Raymond in New York; Editing by David Gregorio)
By the time this situation with IP, on all fronts gets resolved, this stock will be pumped and shorted many, many times by the same #$%$ posting non stop on both sides of the same fence. The same #$%$ post here nonstop, sitting in front of their monitors, regardless of the price, trying to lure in new retail money to fleece. This stock is an easy inside job to read since the financiers and management are crooks.
Yeah, I watch ihub and yahoo to see when the certain 'handlers' start to post. Ihub is the nets largest scam for mms/shorts followed by yahoo, imo, but you can benefit from it by watching who posts. They really love to hammer the retailers= easy money in the past. Getting harder because new money is drying up.
Just bought in again last week again... Lets see where this goes by January.
"the good corporate citizen "
Now that's rich. They will drive NLST into insolvency, then Fortress will divide up the spoils. That's how corporate citizens work.
So, you believe the defendants will not appeal?
When Hong was forecasting lofty 50-100% gains, the manufacturers were dropping NLST products. Hong already had been notified by their biggest customer that they were dropping NLST. He knew NLST was in trouble, but made the statements anyway The CFO sold her shares right after the lofty statements. NLST's sales dropped like a rock the next year after his glowing lies.
'Only reason Inphi sold a million LRDIMMs and not Netlist is because Intel qualified their product instead.'
This is a quote from a recent post.
Intel dropped NLST like a rock into quicksand. The rest of the industry is ignoring this company and going around it. The federal system is where the big boys win(remember Google vs VRNG. If you think this won't be dragged out for at least another2-5 years in federal court, you are delusional. During that time, NLST will be struggling to tread water, surrounded by well financed sharks..
"Never have got over your big screw-up have you CC2004 and still blame Chuck & Gail for your incompetence. You need help."
stockdorketti, first you claim I am the same as other posters, then you single my ID out and say the above. Are you feeling well? GO see a real memory company like MU and make some money. You posting here every day nonstop as a cheerleader only gives the observer the notion that you are seriously stuck here in this stock, or you are an insider playing the pumps and dumps. Either way, your stock stinks.
pipster, you won't convince these entities of anything negative on the company. They truly are blind. They are the paid pumpers, here to lure in more victims..To quote another poster,
" Much of what has been said regarding this Hyperscale customer is pure speculation and very similar to the lofty revenue projections that have never come thru"
The last time Hong and Gailbert forcast(lofty) 50-100% increases in revenues, the PPS sank an astounding 80% between april 2012 and December 2012.
