Having considered the pleadings, the Court finds no basis to
permit further discovery on Plaintiffs Motion for an Award of Post-Judgment Royalties
You got your new ID today, May 1st, have constantly bashed since early am this morning. IMO, you knew this doc was coming out and knew the contents. You are doing damage control. You know what this means to the near future upward value for this stock. Have fun keeping this horse from getting out of the gate.
The G has been able to basically steal IP and wait it out. See, G is a relatively young company. Now that these small companies who have been on the sidelines are suing them and are now just getting to their day in court, the big G is backed into a corner. Won't be good for G shareholders in the long run:(. Can you imagine what the public would think of the company if they knew how much it helps fund the porn industry? Wait until THAT comes out in the divulging of adword revenues. Of course, just my humble opinion, that's all.
capt kirk, excellent post. IMO, I bet the judge telegraphed what he intends to do in chambers to both parties. I firmly believe Microsoft AND Google will settle now. The idea of a workaround is about as plausible as Goog having a rats #$%$ chance on appeals.
I can't believe I was buying this stock for 2.80 yesterday. Just unreal. Have to give shorts credit for instilling fear last few weeks. Fortunately for us, they were DEAD WRONG.
Wait a little while, you will get the idea
This time, we really have GOOD NEWS.
Congrats Vringo, inc. you just hit the radar of institutions everywhere
Sounds like a fair Judge just did what he said he would do to the attorneys in chambers if they don't come to an agreement.
Fun to watch on L2!
