You got your new ID today, May 1st, have constantly bashed since early am this morning. IMO, you knew this doc was coming out and knew the contents. You are doing damage control. You know what this means to the near future upward value for this stock. Have fun keeping this horse from getting out of the gate.

The G has been able to basically steal IP and wait it out. See, G is a relatively young company. Now that these small companies who have been on the sidelines are suing them and are now just getting to their day in court, the big G is backed into a corner. Won't be good for G shareholders in the long run:(. Can you imagine what the public would think of the company if they knew how much it helps fund the porn industry? Wait until THAT comes out in the divulging of adword revenues. Of course, just my humble opinion, that's all.

Judge is a Vringo advocate and he is tiring of Google - look at the detail of the orders

I firmly believe Microsoft AND Google will settle now. The idea of a workaround is about as plausible as Goog having a rats #$%$ chance on appeals.
