"Thank you. I enjoyed that. Keep it coming". mjw has obviously been dropped on his head a few times.
Dblosr from 4/27/15:
"I don't know how you keep interest here. There are so many other places to put your money with real management and profits"
How come it takes you so long and thousands of posts to finally agree with me. One word to describe you -
Dblosr from 4/28/14:
"AMZN under $300 now. What a POS. 0.5% margin. Why bother?"
Amzn approaching $450 today. GOOG approaching $565. I've made more on AMZN and GOOG than dblosr will make in a lifetime. Dblosr also lost a fortune with RVM. He also laughed at me for buying CAR at 21.75. Now at 57. Thank goodness for rich dead relatives because this guy is a born LOSER!
This doesn't even take into account his many aliases or his removed posts. All this while claiming to hold a full-time job! Please, will someone come up with a cure for OCD. The moron twins are really going at it the last couple of days. I figure that dblosr has sacrificed a year of his life to these boards. No wonder his wife left him. I love owning this poor dumb schmuck! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stock is being manipulated up to facilitate an exit by a large investor. This has been the pattern for a long time.
IDSY is a manipulated POS.
Company is choking for cash. Jagid and the BOD were smart to get out when they did. According to dblosr, IDSY's loudest cheerleader, "if they didn't do the Avis AR factoring, they would get a going concern. So that deal was necessary." Forget about new deals. The word is already out, IMO, IDSY is a sinking ship! Everyone to the lifeboats.
These poor dumb bestards need to get a life instead of wasting time on these message boards. All mjw does is cry about what a poor investment IDSY is. If its so bad why does he keep holding on? And dblosr? This poor OCD dooshbg has posted 14,630 times, which doesn't even take into account his many aliases and removed posts. In terms of time, dooshbg has probably given up several years of his life to these boards. What a moron! No wonder his wife left him.
Not enough volume in IDSY to suggest buyout. IDSY cronies would be all over this if buyout was imminent. Besides, why would ORBC buy IDSY when they can pick up the scraps for free?
Bloated management, questionable finances, stagnant growth just to name a few. I doubt if management really wants to risk opening their books for a due diligence audit or any kind of review. My guess is these guys are hiding something.
Dblosr still hoping and praying. According to dblosr, "if they didn't do the Avis AR factoring, they would get a going concern. So that deal was necessary." It appears that IDSY is in a downward spiral. Only a buyout can save them, IMO. ORBC probably realizes that IDSY is in a vulnerable and desperate situation. ORBC can always pick the bones of a dead company.
On 3/10 dblosr posted the following: "if they didn't do the Avis AR factoring, they would get a going concern. So that deal was necessary." Once again, Mr. Flipflopr puts his foot in his mouth.
From the 10K:
"We have incurred net losses of approximately $2.6 million, $7.5 million and $11.6 million for the years endedDecember 31, 2012, 2013 and 2014, respectively, and have incurred additional net losses since inception. At December 31, 2014, we had an accumulated deficit of approximately $75.2 million."
IDSY will soon join RVM in dblosr's junk pile. This sick OCD loser has posted 14,500 times. Why is it that everything dblosr touches turns to shot? Hate to say it but dblosr is a BORN LOSER!
On 3/10 dblosr posted the following: "if they didn't do the Avis AR factoring, they would get a going concern. So that deal was necessary." When IDSY starts giving product away you know they are in the "desperation" phase of their existence. No wonder investors are abandoning ship!
They sure are! It's noon and only 500 shares traded. WHOOPEE! Mjw and dblosr, you never cease to amaze me with your stupidity. It's good to know that it is possible to survive without a brain. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
Why the need to factor Avis receivable when they are sitting on 13mil cash? This move alone cost them 400k.
What is their aversion to taking on debt? Money is cheap right now. Even great companies use debt to grow their businesses. How can they get new business, develop new products, hire more people without spending more money? What are they hiding that they seem afraid to open up the books to lenders? Something really stinks about IDSY. BUYERS BEWARE!
"interesting on the ORBC CC they just said the new 16K unit customer (WalMart) had extra money they wantedto spend and paid upfront for units that will be installed over the next 8 months. How come they don't throw money over to IDSY that way?"
Probably because they are not sure whether IDSY will even be around in 8 months.
