  • Forfeiture of 400k from Avis for an accelerated payment suggests IDSY needs cash NOW! Why not use the cash they show on the balance sheet? Interest rates are low. Why not tap the credit markets? Delay in filing quarterly financial report suggests IDSY is lookin to tidy up financials in order to gain credibility with banks. It ain't gonna happen, IMO. The deeper they dig, the smellier it gets!

"One would think they would want financials out before they present. Can Ned do it?"

Very suspicious! What's the holdup? Is it the SEC?

"I am actually thinking of selling my stake in IDSY and moving it all into ORBC"
"bought more today. Almost back to my full position. "

Dblosr can't make up his mind. First he's buying, then he's selling, then he's buying. Dblosr is the original Mr. Flipflopr. What a moron!

  • This doesn't even take into account his many aliases. Dblosr is a textbook case of someone with OCD. I'm not a psychiatrist but his posts are consistent with made up trades, made up portfolios, and delusions of superiority. Bernie Madoff has nothing on dblosr. In reality, it appears that dblosr is trying to overcome obvious deficiecies but using these message boards as viagra. PS: I LOVE OWNING DBLOSR! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!'m Less

  • This is the same moron who lost a fortune with RVM. How can anybody post this much while claiming to hold a full-time job? Let's face it, if it wasn't for rich dead relatives, dblosr couldn't get a job at MickyD's. All dblosr wants to do is make enough to afford a sexchange operation. I LOVE OWNING DBLOSR! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Dblosr from 3/18/13 re RVM
"bought more today due to insiders buying last week. Got a partial fill at $2.11. A total fill will put me at 30K shares and an avg right about the current share price.

Dblosr from 4/2/13 re RVM:"Maybe $1.98 was the tipping point and the MM hit that and then you get the cascade. I bought another 1000 at $1.91".

    Dear dooshbg:
Why do you complain about Ned? I thought Ken is running the show. It doesn't really matter. As I've said before, not even Jesus could turn this company around.

" It doesn't make sense to me and other investors that a multi-billion dollar conglomerate like Alcoa, with billions in revenue and transacting in dozens of currencies, can announce their annual revenues within 10-12 days of the yearly close while it takes a company less than 1% that size more than 60 days."

    dear mjw:
Perhaps "cooked" books take much longer to prepare than non-cooked. Again, something really stinks about this company.

"I am actually thinking of selling my stake in IDSY and moving it all into ORBC"

There's a vote of confidence from the captain of the cheerleading squad. Things must be really bad at IDSY for dblosr to walk away. What a moron!

  • caseyboy2 by caseyboy2 Jan 18, 2015 2:33 PM Flag

Don't believe it. At last look, they had sufficient cash on hand to cover expenses. Now they admit to needing a cash advance from Avis to get them through another 12-24 months, which is probably closer to 12. The BS is really starting to pile up. Only stubborn, gullible, novice investors would believe this BS. A cash squeeze and loss of market share is starting to take its toll on IDSY, IMHO. I sense a feeling of desperation on the part of IDSY.

    Dooshbg from November:
"And yes, they were fired. You don't get 18 months severance, accelerated option vesting, etc. when you quit. When you quit, that's it. No nothing".

    Dear dooshbg:
Are you sure they were fired? Didn't you just post "also glad to hear Ken spell out how the board agreed to quit and Jagid agreed to resign to avoid a proxy fight". You poor dumb schmuck! Can you really be this gullible? Despite their denials, IDSY will burn thru the Avis money and will soon be choking for cash. IDSY is for stupid, gullible LOSERS only.

"The cash advance from Avis is sufficient to get them through the next 12-24 months"

    Dear dooshbg:
If you believe that, then you are more gullible than I thought. It appears IDSY is less than willing to open their books for a credit review. There will be dilution, IMO, or a fire sale of assets. IDSY is in desperate need of cash and sales, IMO. Recent Walmart mega-loss to ORBC is just one example of how ORBC is eating away at IDSY's market share. Potential new customers and investors would be stupid to tie their future to a company with a shaky history and a very uncertain future, IMO. Something really stinks about this company.

"16 years later and they still are a brain in a jar"

    Dear Mr. Flipflopper:
Who are you referring to? They are all gone except for Ehrman and Ned. Are you saying that top management are morons, dishonest, or just incompetent?

  • "I am actually thinking of selling my stake in IDSY and moving it all into ORBC"

A couple of days ago, after the Needham presentation, dblosr was telling everyone what a great company IDSY is. Now, after 10+ years, has dblosr had a change of heart? Talk about stubborn. It took dblosr over 10 years to finally agree with me. I love owning dblosr!

"also glad to hear Ken spell out how the board agreed to quit and Jagid agreed to resign to avoid a proxy fight"

Wasn't dblosr the one who insisted that they didn't quit but were "fired"? Proves again what a moron dblosr is.
Something really stinks about this company. Buyers beware! Even dblosr, idsy's biggest cheerleader, is starting to have second thoughts.

  • You would think that after 10+ years, these 2 over-analytical morons would finally see the light. How many times do they have to be dumped on before they realize that IDSY is a POS. It's incredible that they still don't get it. Everything that IDSY puts out is BS intended for gullible schmucks like dblosr and mjw. Dblosr must have forgotten that he has me on "ignore". I love owning this poor dumb schmuck! HaHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!
